Another silly question, My model with a pitcher is at ground level and shoots his deploy-able repeater with a pitcher at a rooftop.... would this be a Speculative BS attack and thus incur a -6 mod on the BS stat? or does targetless help out in this case? I assume i can add the +3 bs mod if my model is part of a link team (core) Thanks in advance
@Rift That would be Spec Fire because you cannot see the point you're firing at. And yes, you're correct, the fireteam bonuses would apply.
targetless doesn't mean "you don't need a target", it means "This weapon utilizes a Special Ammunition capable of firing without designating an enemy as a target." So despite it's name, targetless still has a target (that you need to see if you don't use speculative fire)
