The Game Sequence rules reference the "Initiative Phase" and link only to the Initiative rules. Is this to be understood as the Initiative Phase containing all the steps specified in the Initiative rules, from the roll to deployment? Or does it refer only to a subset of these steps?
No real issue on this one actually (since it's pretty much superfluous), translating the rules as a personal project and this came up, just want to make sure it's clear in the target language. I just realized when the term gets thrown out, it actually hasn't been defined anywhere. Thinking on it now, it might actually be better if I wrap up all the little weird things I've found about the rules during the translation process into one post later. None of them really effect the game that much (or at all, honestly), but for example a lot of the intro sentences for different parts of the rules have stuff that isn't super clear or isn't super accurate (for example, iirc the chunk about ISC names for units was a total pain).
