So on the wiki it lists Counterintelligence as private as well I see many forum posts about that but when goto look at the courtesy list with a unit with that skill made by the army builder it has Counterintelligence listed. Any insight would be great. Thanks.
Army often has errors. Please see the Army subforums and don't hesitate to make them aware of when something isn't right.
