Hello guys! Is it correct that you have to spent 2 Action points to generate the Movement points first, before you can use Horme?
Well, unless you are getting Movement Points some other way. Playing in the right stadium, or via a Tactic, for example.
Horme requires you to spend a Movement point. If you don't have a movement point you cannot use Horme (just the same with Gata's Freerun or FB's swim move). The most common way of getting movement points is to spend 2 action points and declare move but as @AdmiralJCJF has pointed out, there's more ways.
Although, at the moment, the only generic tactic which gives Movement is Dart's Surprise Factor, unless i'm mistaken.
Yeah. It's definitely the kind of thing that's likely to change (maybe not this year, but probably next). It'll be a big buff for her, possibly as good as 8-Ball got with all the Ziggurat missions. Because right now, to really make the gimmick work, you ideally need Gaia, Dart AND Eclypse, which is a pretty limited team and seems like it would put a lot of strain on the 4th to pick up the slack. Not that it couldn't be situationally very effective.
Yeah and, I've got to be honest here, I don't see how it would be worthwhile. I mean, I have those three Aristos in my 8 for our current Season and will likely take them together at some point, but it won't be specifically to pull off the Hidden Gaia using Horme 3 times without using Energy.
But if you took Musashi, she could pop up in three different scoring zones and poop out a tentacle in each one!
Ok, so, another question about "Horme". Does the Immobilised State prevent it from being used? Immobilised says it prevents you from spending Movement Points, which suggests you can't. But it also says that it does not prevent Placement, which suggests you can. So... yeah. Does the Immobilised State shut down Horme? @-V- ?
Yes, seems pretty clear cut. You can't spend movement points, so you aren't able to trigger the effect which would allow you to place yourself elsewhere. She would, however, still be able to move herself with Siren (provided a valid target was available).
Immobilized says you cannot spend Movement Points... Horme says you must spend 1 Movement Point... so you can't use Horme if you are immobilized
Don't get me wrong here guys, I agree that it appears clear cut. But I've seen stranger things ruled differently in my days, so I prefer to ask.
you have a few different options to generate movement points with tactics (musashi and valkirie coming to my mind)
Remember that prevents from using MP, no matter the source of them (either the Genearl Action Move or any Tactic card). :3
Yes. Even if there were other non-selfish move tactics, it would still be worthless (unless you had some way of purging Immobilized) as Gaia still wouldnt be able to expend the points after generating them.
It adds value to Taowu and hEXx3r in matchups facing Gaia, certainly! Of course, it's tough to get them to her unless they get in an activation before her. With just 1 move you can be across the Hexadome from them, after all.
