You make a good point, but generally lacking any other direct template weapons or other tools to deal with markers, i prefer the flamer for the time being :) And anyway, Bandits can do glue just as well with Surprise Shot.

And the Daktari heals your troops which is never a bad option to have. Further if you downgrade the Breaker CR CSU you can even get a Zondbot for the Dak/Irma or even a Warcor.
What do you mean by this? Also Emily & 4 Algs would seem the perfect start to any 150 point Starco list, giving you 5 orders, amping up an already powerful piece in Emily, and leaving you quite a bit of room for other toys.

Considering dropping the Jag and switching Sniper Brawler to the HRL to free up the points for Daktari + zondbot, but I don't like the idea of not having a response to enemy smoke. 3 FO's, 1 medic, 2 engineers, 4 D-charges, 2 hackers. I don't own a classified deck, but there are objectives for spec. trained troops and the adhesive launcher, yes?
Why do you pay 20 points for a WIP 12 engineer when you can get one with WIP 15? Actually the Irmandinho alone will be good enough.
Because I forgot the Clockmaker was available to Starco. I don't trust Irmandinho to stay in position or even alive long enough to be useful as an engineer, and I need the Tsyklon to stay up for area denial. Scrapping the Brawler Eng will get me the Clockmaker and another zondbot so that's the new plan.
With the Clockmaker you probably don't need the Irmandinho for engineering but... that's probably not why one would take him anyways.
Agreed, as far as I'm concerned Irmandinho is a tiny cheap McMurrough. Get some quick smoke into the midfield then try to bumrush an expensive looking model, if he does any engineering on the way that's just a bonus. With the buddy zondbot that B2 AP CCW looks nasty, it's my mission to can opener a tag with him.

Two FOs, one Doctor and a lot of Specialist Operatives. It seems clunky. 2. Low number of big guns. Do you think that one HMG, one T2 and one ML will be enough on top of flexibility from Spector, Emily and CSUs? I know that I'm spending lot of SWCs in Riot Grrls Haris but I need them in my life. I know that I shouldn't worry too much about all of this if I'm not going to any tournaments but after years of playing Warmachine/Hordes competitively it's hard to find right balance :)
1. As long as you don't play Highly Classified there's no real problem with specialists. But you have three FOs since Emily is also one. An easy swap would be one Jaguar for the Irmandinho for some D-Charges. 2. Then with the free 2 Points you could get the ML Riot Grrl a Spitfire. This would the Riot Haris' role from being watch dogs to an objective grabbing team with better attack capabilities. Spoiler: List suggestion Starco. Hello! I usually play the same way, we just bring a list and roll who plays who, then semi-randomly pick a mission. Sometimes it puts someone at a disadvantage but we don't really care. We figure our teams had to react to something unexpected and just have what they have. In tournaments we know opponents/mission beforehand though.
Cool idea. I don't want to use old Riot Grrl with Spitfire though... Maybe I could use Multi Rifle one as a proxy for now and hope that CB will do something about it soon? Other option is to use those points to upgrade Alguacile to paramedic. It could be useful to heal HMG if Avicenna won't be near. Thanks for info about Emily. I like the Riot Grrl Haris with Avicenna a lot. It's not that expensive when run with Alguaciles for cheap orders, and it definitely can hit pretty hard. Although the Missile Launcher is a really serious ARO, I actually prefer the Spitfire, because that B5 at BS 13 with MSV really clears them out, and Avicenna can then move up with them to grab objectives very quickly.
We know the mission, but not the opponent or table. It means you can test mission specific list ideas but you can't overly tailor. It makes tournament play feel very familiar.

(0 | 8) 6 SWC | 298 Points Open in Infinity Army Learnings: - The MB link was excellent but I really struggled with balancing the range band of the ML for ARO versus pushing up field for points. I may try breaking the link immediately after the first turn, leaving the ML back but pushing up everyone else. - I love how Massacre provides a cheap filler for the link but I need to be very, very careful with what ARO I leave him out for. There's a reason why he's not as expensive as his armoured buddies! He's probably much better suited to total cover for reactive turn then breaking the link and rushing up for a good opportunity in active turn. - I felt tight on orders with so many impetuous troops but I don't think there's much fat to trim for more models. - The HRL brawler didn't really have a chance to shine but I think the duo with him and the CSU is a cool concept and I will try it again. There's no points for the Harris here without dropping the Al-Hawwa who was very, very useful for this mission. I purposefully take him over the MSV sniper because he's kind of boring after playing with Intruders for so long.
