Worried about Taowu making you discard all your cards? Just get:

I would call that combo 'witch hunt'.

 

Major Lunah might also be able to kill TaoWu with Suppressive Fire while he watches with sad eyes.

 

But then he just comes back next turn and you don't even get a card for killing him and you've lost a tactics card anyway :O

 

You probably would lose more tactics cards if he stays on the board in certain situations.

 

Yeah, it's tough to really get around him though.

 

This seams like more work than just discarding the card to kill him with pretty much anything else, and it requires you take 2 low wound characters yourself. So, if you take this combo just to counter Tau Wu, I think he has already won.
