I'm looking forward to the new Jammer Task Force sectorial coming out in which all profiles taken in the sectorial gain a Jammer.
Of course, as the cost is limiting yourself to only those profiles which are available in the Jammer Task Force. Totally fair and balanced.
Looks like, they are making us wait again, until the box hits the shelves. To bad, because in the next three weeks, there are a lot of holidays, so there would have been mor time than usual to give them a try.

My guess: Regular, Not Impetuous CC14 BS13 PH11 WIP15 ARM3 BTS0 W1 S2 AVA2 Equipment: Multispectral Visor L1 Special Skills: Doctor Plus • Sensor • Religious Airborne Infiltration (or Airborne Infiltration option) Unless Ramah gets a Djanbazan or two, it'll be visorless, so these "commandos" seem likely with their goggles and "search and rescue" detail.
That would be an awesome profile, but hellishly expensive. Especially the BS 13 which is rather unlikely for a Haqq unit.
@emperorsaistone only 22-24 points for the SMG, MSV1 pricing is inconsistent, but it should be pretty affordable. No BS13? Maybe not. But the last "commando" to appear, in a Haqq-tier BS faction, was the Sukeul.
Lets see... Cube Jäger SMG 18 points. Regular + 3 Doctor + 2 E-Mitter - 1 Shock Immunity + Stealth - 1 Mono - 1 MSV + 3 +2 BS + 6 +2 ARM + 5 +2 WIP + 4 Sensor + 1 Would be around 39 points. Seems a bit to expensive, so lets cut a point from BS, ARM, WIP and Regular, thats 35. Lets do that again and add MSV to the discount, we are still at 30. Compared to a Tomcat Doc, its still a steal. Ragik BSG 25 points. SMG - 3 Dogged - 2 +1 BS + 2 +1 ARM + 2 Doctor + 4 AD2 - 2 +1 BTS + 1 Sensor + 1 MSV + 2 -1 PH - 1 29 points. I wont get lower, rather higher.
I should say, I'm presuming MI, no AD, and no Nasmat for that guess. CB doesn't like their formula being posted so I won't do that here. But you can compare to Grenzer and see that I am not as far off as your breakdown.
I am still getting to 25-27 points with AD2, depending on how much WIP costs. But yeah, that wouldnt be that expensive anymore.
