OK, looks like we're posting at cross-purposes. It doesn't matter whether all the troopers have Smoke/Eclipse Grenades, Move+BS Attack is a valid Order for the Fireteam - but because BS Attack isn't the two evasion Skills of Dodge or Reset, then as you say, only the Team Leader performs it.
I still don't understand. Consider this situation: Myrmidon link team with Pheonix. Myrmidon is link leader and everyone moves 4 inches. 2 enemy models declare ARO, one against myrmidon, and other against phoenix. Smoke thrown by myrmidon is successful against FTF from enemy one. Enemy 2 only had LOF through smoke, but also only declared ARO against Phoenix. Does he get to shoot or not?
@LightNinja Because the myrnidon fireteam leader and the trooper shooting at Phoenix are not directly interacting with each other, it wont be FtF. Troopers can never protect another trooper with their own FtF roll.
Also remember that the smoke only starts to block LoF at the end of the order in which it is placed .
Both AROing troopers get to shoot, the Smoke only goes down if it succeeds in it's FTF. The attack vs Phoenix is a normal roll.
