Do you mean the large canisters on the back? I bet they omitted those pieces from the render for whatever reason. You can see an indent on the right side of its techno-dreads where that piece would fit. They also left all the injection points or mold overflow bits on the render also, weird.

No I mean the thigh mounted ammo case. The big things on the back may be spare ammo, but the weapon only has the normal amount immediately available.

People gave Tie Fighters looking like bowties a retroscripted reason. That would be easy.

I really like this securitate. If the scowl really transfers to the model that's going to be p. sweet

It's a "I'm not paid enough for this shit" type of scowl.

I actually hope that there is a Spitfire profile added.

Maybe not as the starter box model, but it'd be a good offensive option.

It'd be close to paying SWC so you don't need to but the extra equipment on the MK12.

I just think that a close assault KB with a Burst 4 weapon would be a great option to have.

Tunguska will have other great long range fire dominance pieces, something to advance and do damage in closer would also be good.

    *sighs*

    Sure.

That's a Burst 3 weapon, which is then modified by Full Auto.

The Spitfire on the other hand is a Burst 4 weapon...

I'll let you finish thinking that one through for yourself.

I guess you might pay 2 SWC for the B sometimes. But if you just want the role it's there already.

    Indeed.

Not every list will have the SWC, but for those that do it'll be a solid choice.

Personally I think the biggest question is why we didn't get to see the Heckler, hoping for a cool pose on him as well, maybe a crouching pose. Also, with the Ice Storm Spektr, that makes too Tunguska models holding tiny unintimidating knives XD

I honestly don't think Kriza needs this at all.. it will be poor man taskmaster. And taskmaster is better as assault trooper. In Tunguska we will have a hollow man, who has a spitfire profile and heckler with red Fury, so that's pretty much is covered.... + you have Grenzer link:)

Securitate: profile will change so they cost less than actually.
Hollow men: HI with GH.remote presence! (clockmakers will be soooo precious in this sectorial!)
Kriza Borac: Included in the starter despite the one from beyond icestorm because they think he is an iconic unit for Tunguska.
Heckler: Some kind of infiltrator/advanced trooper specialised in area denial

    Perhaps.

Hollow Men are certainly interesting (especially now that they are confirmed as HI with Remote Presence), but I'm not sure they will fill that same slot as well.

    But perhaps you're right.

I wonder how competitive a full robot army will be when we get hollow men for vanilla

    zoe+ pi well
    Hollow men with pitchers
The only issue is we have no LT option on a rem or tag so will need 1-2 interventors (will also help with removing MSV and buffs)

Im gonna assume prices are around this level
Im kinda expecting them to be Karakuri with less weapons hopefully at around 30 points
    moran=heckler intruder=hollow men

Though I think securitate may be priced at celestial guard level

I'd expect to see base Securitate at between 13-20 pts, depending on how much they strip out. For reference, 13pts is a CG with +1 BS, -1 CC, -3 BTS and 20pts is the existing profile -LSG. Honestly, if they're around 15pts one of the biggest things for Vanilla will be a 15pt 0 SWC LT, particularly in lists with an Interventor HD+.

I'm still hopeful that Hollwomen are not just going to be STR HI.

You can get a basic profile in at around Zuyoung costs because STR and G:RP are largely cost neutral upgrades (unless I'm missing something), particularly if you do screwy things like giving them 1W and NWI. Although the comment about 'Engineers being precious in this sectorial' mitigates against that: NWI pushes you into not trying to repair them.

They don't seem like a fully fledged core link al la Grrls / MB though. They lack a decent ARO weapon. OTOH as a Haris build around a Multi-rifle Pitcher, Spitfire and Haris that seems like a nasty little attack piece that with Mimmetism would give us the B5 Spitfire with -3 the Kriza didn't deliver :P. Also, by making them 'not a fully fledged link' they don't step on the Grenzer core nearly as much as Grrls on Moiras do.

Kriza + Securitate Core + Hollowmen Haris + Interventor HD+ + Interventor KHD is tight for 300pts using those approx costs (~15pts for a Combi Rifle Securitate, and 34pts for the Multi+Pitcher Hollowman), but doable (you can fit it all relatively easily but there isn't enough points for much else, which hampers the design). Allowing Interventors into Securitate links makes it significantly easier to pull off.

Area control/denial on the Heckler could be interesting, especially as in Vanilla with Morans could give us great defensive capability.

I already think Nomads have the strongest area control in the game (1 Moran, 2 TR buffed bots, 2 zero minelayers, lunkhod, strongest hackers with ability to have infowar coverage over 50% of the board to keep HI away)

I wonder if area control means he will get jammer, outside of that E/mauler or maybe an E/Mitter but I think it would need some form of forward deployment/infiltration to work with the last two. An E/marat would be really cool
