Hi; With Holoprojector L2 I can imitate another model using three holoechoes, one of which is the real trooper. Question: Am I allowed to only generate one "fake" and therefore place only two holoechoes? For example, can I disguise a Hassassin as a Ghulam, have only one fake Ghulam echo, and stand them next to a real Ghulam...? Army Builder lets me make a courtesy list this way (it gives me the option of taking 0, 1 or 2 echoes), but the Holoecho State rules talk about placing three Holoechoes, not up to three.
So I have a question in similar topic - Holoechos and stuff. Let's say I'm making a list with Bashi (Holo 2) - is it possible to make few courtesy lists for one true roster? For example one list would be with Bashi deployed in Zone as someone else, second list without it (using AD to deploy)? I honestly don't remember if it's specified somewhere in the rules. I think that this is good as long as your courtesy list is accurate to what you have on the table. Having two different lists in the example you have given seems perfectly fine to me, as long as you give them the correct one!
Remember, the courtesy list shows what you have already deployed on the board, not the other way around.
I agree, it is a damn shame to have to carry several, but, while nothing on the rules say that you can or can't, considering you can choose to deploy or not the Bashi bazouk on the table I wouldn't frown at a player for having a courtesy list with the bashi bazouk on the table as three models, or outside of the table (which means I have to accept a third courtesy list with the Bashi Bazouk deployed as Holo1 aswel... Per Bashi Bazouk... XD)
1 list with the Bashi as 3 Ghulam 1 list with the Bashi as 3 Saladins 1 list with the Bashi as 3 Naffatun 1 list with the Bashi as 3 Yuans-Yuans At some point it's easier to take a portable printer to games!
It also mean taking 12 different minis for holoproector purpose only (if you want to play it WYSEWYG)
