luv too be constantly logged out

 

@Koni , could you please give this a look? It's rather inconvenient.

 

I got kicked off after less than an hour of inactivity today.

 

Yep, still doesn't work properly ;(

 

I only had to log in 4 times today.

 

Sorry for that big inconvenience with the login guys. I know is a pain in the ass :(

Not bad when I'm on the forums for a solid block of time and done, but when I'm bouncing in and out (or have to step away from the computer for a bit) it's annoying.

We do appreciate you looking into it.

 

Glad to see it looked at, this issue has prevented me from posting quite a bit. Lurking since relogging almost everytime I look at this place is annoying.

 

Had to log back in every hour of inactivity today. something like 6 times...

At least I'm not losing my responses.

 

I just logged in, typed out a long response in a thread and was logged out by the time I tried to post it, losing the whole write up. That makes it kind of hard to want to contribute meaningfully to this forum. Any updates on this issue?

Same here. I'm only lurking on this forum instead of contributing as having to log in each time is really annoying... I hope there will be a solution but after so much time I'm not very hopeful.

 

On my PC I will stay logged on most of the time (timeout > 2 hours)
On my smartphone or tablet if I switch to another app and back I have to log in.
Don't allow cookies from third party websites, don't know if you use some for the session cookie.

 

I'm getting logged off every now and then lately while writing on the forum... more than annoying, and not even a quarter of an hour had passed :S

 

Same. It also lags like hell trying to open a page.

That is weird it should have kept at least one version, you did not clear cookies, done it in incognito mode?

 

Same here. I thought I might've set the cookies to session-only or something (I did double-check), but recently it started resetting mid-session.

 

Still no progress on this?

 

I just came back to the forum and I didn't have to log in. I don't know how to handle this. I'm scared...
