Ah, I see. The "fun" aunty vs the "strict" aunty.
I can see that working out well. He would help plan and take care of the family's tasks. Overseeing the family's quarters and keeping an eye on the girls especially when aunty La Tigre comes around.
or more like Bane off-Venom & Bane on-Venom.
Seems like a reasonable choice. Though I also think that having a Daturazi (Morat Warrior Religious Monk) would be another great choice of background. Complete with battle scars from friends and foes. A Daturazi Bosun/Butler would be effective and fearsome foe to face. Perfect for protecting the Scottish-Russian Were-girls or dealing with unwanted attention when the time calls for it.

All good discussion for the Stuff. . .

Don't stress overmuch on "Manual Limitation" of the Provided Weapons in the Basic Book; as I want to playtest some "Mercenary T.A.G. Stuff" this could lead to ALL manner of "Improvised Weapon Prototypes" that could give a lot of Homebrewed Rule Stats developed jointly by Gamemaster and Players alike. . .

    @loricus. . .

The Traktor-Mul "Rocket Pods" idea is very good, and in style with the Ariadnan invenctiveness; rather than "Macross" styled Open-Close Shoulder Housings for Mini-Missiles then I believe that something akin to the "Extendable Back-Rails" seen in movies like "Edge Of Tomorrow" or the last CGI "Starship Troopers" (and innumerable other many other Sci-Fi Movies / Animes / Mangas / Cartoons) could be quite useful and allow even "Field Stripping & Remounting). . .

This could provide with very tactical flexibility; suppose You have mounted the Heat-Seeking MRL Pods because the Intel said just some antiquated, vintage "Big Drones" of the Enemy are their ONLY Heavy Support (bulky "Arachnomechas" that were industrial models with welded on Extra Armour and A.P. Miniguns, much like as "Bulletters on Steroids"; running on super-encrypted protocols or even Wire-Guided so to better fend off Minotaur Hackers) and, suddendly, a sort of "Minitank" appear and easily pop to-&-fro the "Enemy Industrial Complex" (let's imagine a thing like "Bonaparte" of Tank-Police). . .

To successfully "Hunt" this previously undisclosed new threat then You go a little behind Frontlines where a Merc Tech Support Team SHOULD remove the less useful MRL Pods and substitute them with some kind of far heavier "Anti-Tank Armor Piercing Ordnance" like a "Teseum Tipped Blowpipe". . .

Or instead the Enemy is a Wild Antipode Horde (with a lot of tiny, young "Pups" that have to undergone "Bloodrites Of Passage", smaller but faster than "Basic Vanilla Antipodes") that are swarming a Loyalist Teseum Mining Complex on the Frontier Borders; in that case some Mini-Panzerfaust Pods with lot's "Fragmentation Warheads" would be the better Payload. . .

All manner of Warheads could be put inside the "Rocket / Missile Gondolas" and the heavier these are the fewer these "Custom Reloads" are (Anti-Aircraft S.A.M. max. 2-3 x Pod; Heavy A.P. Panzerfausts a middle ground; 40mm. Grenade Warheads APLENTY instead); I will Homebrew a little the "Autofire" and "Reload" to allow You to toggle a little between "Precision Single Shots" and "Saturation Area Effects" that will deplete the Pods in One or Two "Big Volleys". . .

As a rule of Thumb comparing an Ariadnan Traktor-Mul to a Yujing Guijia the Heavy Weapon Pods should have roughly TWICE the Payload of the Drones; also You could go with the SAME payload in BOTH "Shoulder Pods" or differentiate between them, for maximized tactical flexibility. . .

The idea of a collaborative "Team Effort" with Spotter P.C. that "Laser-Paint" a Target that You could then safely Shoot indirectly from a hidden firing place is very cool (and will effectively exploit / employ the Combat Rules about "Team Momentum Pool" very efficaciously !!); also the "Touareg Hacker" of @oldGregg could effectively "Highlight" the Com-Log of a Target that a specific Smart Missile could follow and track EVEN if it is well inside a fortified building. . .!!

As for the Main Gun I think that a sort of 40mm. Automatic Grenade Launcher (imagine a contemporary MK19, but housed in a T.A.G. sized "Rifle Case") could be the kind of weapon that You could have for better flexibility; also the Minotaurs Gunsmiths are developing BOTH "Belt-Feed Versions" with a Big Ammo Capacity and Rate-Of-Fire AND "Rotary Selective Revolver Models" that will have comparable fewer Shots and R.O.F. but will allow the Selection of a chosen Grenade (essentially "Multi-Heavy Grenade Launchers" !!).

A similar weapon could easily mount, in an Underbarrel Configuration, some sort of useful "Antipersonnel Roomsweeper Gun" such as a Light Flamer JUST WHEN You could not quickly put in the firing Chamber some 40mm. "Flechette / Balls Canister" Slug (that will effectively transform the Grenade Launcher into an Heavy Shotgun; and it is "Vietnam War" era Technology !!). . .

There are I believe some misconceptions about the housings of the Chainrifle and Multi-Sniper Rifle; what @inane.imp was suggesting is that as the Official Geckos shows they have on the Forearms a weapon-module that is two Combirifles Twin-Linked. . .

He asked for a reduced frame H.M.G. and Riot Grenadier instead; essentially a lightened version of the Ahl-Fassed "Heavy Combi Loadout" (one for EACH Forearm) and I allowed it. . .

As Your T.A.G. Frame could easily have a similar "Combi-Weapon" but made with a Chainrifle "Mixed" with a Multi-Snipergun. . .

Hey there, are there any chances for a potential Newbie to tag along? I just love infinity lore and would love to experience it first hand.

    @Golem2God. . .

A "Daturazi" would be an excellent idea; maybe He saw "Beyond" all the Rhetorical Propaganda spouted by the E.I. Comlog and was somehow "Demoted" to Krakot to then be "Liberated" by the Minoutaurs. . .

I'm thinking that could be potentially very cool to have YOU as the yet Extant "Morat Teseum Bladesmith" that is for now JUST a nebulous "Background Figure" very roughly canvassed by my pals (the Co-G.M. of My L.G.S. !!); shoudl You are interested in it then I will forward You some infos about the yet Written Background that You could peruse, scriptwrite and correct at Your leisure. . .

He is linked to the Background of many of the Officer Cadre N.P.C. Staff anyway, especially one of the Higher Ranking Nomads (Corregidoran Mobile Brigada cybernetically integrated into its own Armour) and a couple of very dangerous, lethal "Bounty Hunters" (Renegade Pan-Oceanian Nisse Hacker of Urals-Ukrainan origins and and an Haqqislamite Odalisque-Turned-Lasiq). . .

Or maybe is just a sort of mutual acquaintance and grudging respect; in that case what do You think about the idea of being of the "Oppressed Minority" to be better angry towards the "Vanilla Morats" (White Hair and Red Skin); could You have the same complexion of Kornak Gazarot (Gray Hair and Dark Skin) or even something even weirder (Just I HOPE there are NOT Orange-Furred Violet-Skins or something even more aghast as "Chromatic Coupling" goes; a Forumite painted interesting Light Brown Furs on almost Tanned Leather Skins, to have them resembling "Planet Of The Apes" characters !!). . .

I think that being "Enhanced" by Cybernetics is a little "Off Concept" for the Daturazi Martial Artists that practically fighting "Naked"; I think that EITHER Biografts and Gene-Mods (that will probably have You indebted with the Haqqislamite OR the Bakunin Nomads OR the Tohaa. . . . .OR all THREE TOGETHER) or, more characterically for Krakots, so filled of Kum-Cooked "Custom Combat Drugs" to be practically a Crossbreed between a Morlock and a Morat. . .

As far as Daturazis seems a sort of "Morat Shaolin Monks" then You could spin it as a sort of "Drunken Monkey Kung-Fu" style of the Aliens. . .

Also this will make You better "Background Related" with the Kum-Desperado "Biker Gang Branch" of the Minotaurs and so also linked better with @oldGregg's "Wardriver / Bomber Tuareg Biker" and will have the OTHER "Relatively Squishy" Character yet trained to work in concert with another Non-Pilot Character. . .

While the other Three "Big Metal Monsters" rage outside enclosed buildings then You either:

1°) Speed around the Battlefield on Armoured Bikes. . .

2°) Neutralize "Sensible Targets" housed indoor Structure that is better NOT be collapsed by T.A.G. Artillery; this also freed of "Serious Tactical Concerns" the Pilot to be force of exiting the Merc Exoarmours and go "Roomsweeping" with relatively Small Arms and Lightly Armoured "Pilot Suits". . .

Let Me know what do You think about it

    @Beodren. . .

Sure there is still some spots open. . .

Usually I prefer to have MORE Potential P.C. than FEWER as often some are FORCED to drop out, or just posting few-&-far-between by some R.W. concerns. . .

Should the UNTHINKABLE happen to have Steady, Reliable Players in big numbers there is not so much of an hassle to "Split" a Big Team into different "Half-Teams" with differen (but related and nearby) Tactical Objectives. . .

Have You read the Campaign Background. . .??

What kind of Character You are interested in. . . . .???

    @inane.imp. . .

Was thinking about the "Gun Nut" discussion that You made with the other Players and thought of allowing some "Extra Stuff" for Your Character T.A.G.

First some sort of "Secondary Waldo Servo-Arm" that is usually folded on the Back of the Gecko; not only in Orbital could be very useful to clamp the Exosuit to a wayward floating satellite / ship hull, but also, in Planet Gravity act as a sort of "Crane Arm" that will help immensely for "Field Repairs". . .

Also some sort of Hand-Held cumbersome and bulky "Heavy Flamethrower" sized for Tactical Armoured Gears; but rather than having in the Dual Tanks a "Combustible" (usually Napalm-like Fuel, like Jellied Gasoline) and a "Comburent" (Hyperoxigenated Compressed Gas, that works also to further project the volatile mix) will have a specially customized "Nozzle Dispenser" and house a Concentrated Epoxy Chemical and a very Acidic Solvent. . .

In that manner You can easily Spray variable % efficacy and hardening factor "Glue Gun Ammo" with differentiated tactical usages; to paralyze an Enemy T.A.G. or an Heavy Industrial Drone (and Teseum Mining Operations, both "Ariadnan Loyalists" and "Pirate Smugglers" would have many of those slow, cumbersome "Unarmed Crabs" that are less efficacious in "True Combat" but far sturdier and stronger than comparable "Paramilitary Spiders" employed by Infinity Armies) then You'll need some quick-hardening "Sticky Foam" but to repair an Atmospherical Breach or erect an hasty Stopgap Barricade then, some different mix will need. . .

Also if some Friendly Allies are "Glue-Gunned" to spray just with a Low-Component Solvent will be good in a pinch; should You need to quickly breach a Reinforced Hull then amping-up the % Acid will do and should the need arise a 100% Caustic Dose will work as a Short Ranged Flamer, but with the Weapon Tags of "Vicious" replacing "Flame". . .

What do You think about it all. . .

    @oldGregg . . .

The basic gist of Your Character is perfectly described; nothing to disparage about it. . .

Just some basic precisation about the Gear. . .

Should You want to be "100% Fremen" then the Kindjal Knife could be REALLY some sort of Razor-Fang taken form a "Megafauna Apex Predator" and further enhanced by Haqqislamite Biogenetics and Techno-Organics; could be a Monomolecular Edge with the Toxic and / or Viral CCW properties, but risk some fragility issues. . .

Or should You like more the Idea of a "Sturdy Uncomplicated Blade" then could be the same "Big Tooth" worked into a Signature Dagger, but then laced with Pulverized Teseum (that the Minotaurs have so much in abundance that they could use even for Kitchen Cutleries should they feel useful !!) and that is so reinforced to be able to pry open A.P.C. Hatches. . .!!

About the "Viral Pistol" I feel that is an unnecessary uncomplicated weapon with Low Tactical Flexibility; good if You are a "Hashashin Shocktrooper" like a Barham Ayvar (and there are a couple between the Minotaurs Crew !!) or a sadistic brute like the Druzes (that are instead the "Worse Possible Enemies" of the Caledonian-Sponsored Mercs !!), but not so useful on the long run. . .

A Sawed-off Shotgun Pistol (basically a Light Shotgun of Infinity but with a shortened barrell and an Ammo Clip like the "Gong" of Masamune Shirow) could be able to employ a WIDE range of Lethal / Nonlethal / Tech Support kind of Payloads for their Slugs. . .

And should You be still enamored with "N.B.C. Pistol Warfare" then You are a very respected member of the Haqqislamite Branch of the Minotaurs; Your "Pals" between the Kum "Meth-Cooks" and the Hashashin Research Labs could easily provide You with miniaturized "Glass Vials" Ammo for the Cal.12/.00 Mini-Shotgun that could have any interesting mix of Toxic / Viral / Vicious Acid and so on. . .

The idea of a "Tether Cable" for the Bike is very cool; a very "Kum Styled" kind of Anti-T.A.G. hazardous, but funny and spectacular, operation could be to have Your bike speeding beyond a clumsy enemy Exosuit, then the Kameel / Shaitan "Custom Drone" will detach from the Sidecar with the tether winch unrolling and then run around the enemy leg for some nice "Star Wars Rebels Versus Imperial Walkers" kind of fun. . .

Oh, I was just planning to use the fitted hand-held Combi Rifles (using AP ammo), mod them with LGLs and then run a mix of EM2 / GOO / Frag / Smoke grenades in them (mission / threat dependent). I think I must have explained myself badly.

Geckos also have wrist mounted Chain-colts and a Panzerfaust, so they've got lots of secondary weapons.

This will also fit in neatly to making me a gun-fighter with Pistols: for a TAG a Combi-rifle is basically an Assault Pistol.

    Like this:
    TONY’S GECKO (Basic build)
    Enclosed, Ground, Hands, Single-seat, Walker
    ATTRIBUTES: Scale 1, Speed 2, Brawn 15(+1)
DETAILS: Max. Passengers 1, Impact 1 2+6§ (Knockdown)
    DEFENCES: Structure 16, Armour 5, Firewall 10, BTS 6
    MOUNTED WEAPONS:
    • Combi-Rifles (×2): Range C/M, 1+5§ damage, Burst 2, 2H, Expert 1, Vicious 1, MULTI Light Mod
    AP Mode (+2 Piercing)
Light Grenade Launcher Mode (Heavy Secondary)
: Range M, 2+4§, Burst 1, Unbalanced, Heavy, Grenades, Indiscriminate (Close), Munition, Speculative Fire)
    - EM2 (Area (Close), Breaker, E/M, Piercing 2)
    - GOO (Area (Close), Immobilising, Knockdown, Nonlethal)
    - Explosive (Area (Close), Spread 1, Unsubtle, Vicious 2)
    - Smoke Grenade (Indiscriminate (Close), Nonlethal, Speculative Fire, Smoke 2)
    • Chain-Colt: Range C, 1+4§ damage, Burst 1, 2H, Concealed 1, Torrent, Vicious 1
    • Panzerfaust: Range L, 2+5§ damage, Burst 1, 2H, Munition, Piercing 2, Spread 1, Unsubtle, Vicious 2
GEAR: ECM 1, Nav-Suite (Area of Operations), Auto-medkit, IC Crybady (Rating 2), Location Beacon, Oxygen Loads (6), Torch
    SPECIAL ABILITIES:
    • Ignores penalties imposed by zero-g conditions.

If I was going to upgrade the TAG I'd go with fast-twitch muscle fibres (ie Kinematica) and MSV(1 or 2). That, and let me get creative with how I use my Geist in combat (ie Betty providing assistance to Pilot tests by doing things like actively monitoring system performance to squeeze every last edge in capability, right up to the point of breaking things: to make her really pop at this I'd give her a couple of additional Analysis talents, specifically Combat Analysis and New Perspectives)* :)

Basically I'm subscribing to the theory that it's not the size of your ride, but how your use it ;)

    * The other 'easy' use for Betty is doing a 'Tactical Analysis' as an Exploit action vs Tony's next target. Sure Tony won't get the +2 Piercing as if he'd done it himself but she still will build up some additional Momentum he can use to make his AP rounds/EM2 grenade/Panzerfaust hit harder.

Edit: also, here's Mateo the Corregidorian smuggler Tony grew up with:
    Elite
    Mateo Hernández

Mateo grew up running with the mahas in Lazaretto. He’s spent his life making contacts with the underworld and slowly dragging himself off the street.

He’s become the point-man of a Corregidorian smuggling syndicate working on Dawn. Which his how he came to learn about the Minotaurs. They don’t touch Teseum or Silk (the profit isn’t worth the pain) but can move pretty much anything else, including people.

He met and befriended Tony in childhood, and they’ve maintained intermittent contact since. He used his contacts to get Tony off Corregidor and gave him an in with the Minotaurs during Tony’s recent trouble. They’re like brothers: who, like many in the Nomad disapora, only see each other from time to time.

    Attributes
    AGI 10, AWA 9, BRW 11, COO 8, INT 7, PER 9, WIL 9

    Fields of Expertise
    Combat +1, 1 Movement +1, - Social +3, 1
    Fortitude +1, 1 Senses +1, - Technical +1, 1

    Defences
    Firewall 7 Resolve 9 Vigour 11
    Security 2 Moral 2 Armour 2

    ATTACKS
    • Light Shotgun: Range C, 1+4☺ damage, Burst 1, Unbalanced, Knockdown
    • Heavy Pistol: Range R/C, 2+4☺ damage, Burst 1, Unbalanced, Unforgiving 1, Vicious 1
    • Knife: Melee, 1+3☺ damage, 1H, Non-hackable, Concealed 1, Subtle 2, Unforgiving 1
    GEAR

Armoured Clothing, Long Mod Coat, Anonymising Software (+2 Security), Fake ID 2, Negotiator’s Kit

    SPECIAL ABILITIES
    • Sturdy: When making Resistance tests, the character may reroll any dice that did not generate a success on the initial roll, but must accept the new result.
    • World worn: Mateo has seen it all; and most of it has punched him in the face. He gains a Moral soak of 2.
    • Charismatic: The character may reroll one d20 on any Persuade test, but must keep the new result.
    • Well-Connected: Mateo performs counterintelligence tests at −1 difficulty. When assisting with Human Terrain Mapping, they roll 2d20 (instead of the normal 1d20). For 1 Heat, they can create a dyadic link one step removed from a criminal target.

Soo, I may have gotten bored tonight and I built a possible set up for @Danger Rose 's Mecha. I envisioned it with a shoulder mounted HRL and Shotguns akimbo*

    @Danger Rose 's MECHA
    Enclosed, Ground, Hands, Single-seat, Walker
    ATTRIBUTES: Scale 1, Speed 2, Brawn 15(+1)
DETAILS: Max. Passengers 1, Impact 1 2+6§ (Knockdown)
    DEFENCES: Structure 16, Armour 5, Firewall 10, BTS 6
    MOUNTED WEAPONS:
    • Missile Launcher: Range L, 2+7§ damage, Burst 1, Unwieldy, Munition
    - Fire Mode: Incendiary 3, Terrifying 1
    • Vulkan Shotgun (x2): Range C, 1+5§ damage, Burst 1, 2H, Knockdown, Medium, MULTI
    - Normal Shells Mode (Primary): Area (Close), Spread 1
    - Fire Shells Mode (Secondary): Area (Close), Incendiary 3, Terrifying 1
GEAR: ECM 1, Nav-Suite (Area of Operations), Auto-medkit, IC Crybady (Rating 2), Location Beacon, Oxygen Loads (6), Thermo-optic Camouflage
    SPECIAL ABILITIES:
    • Ignores penalties imposed by zero-g conditions.

*Shotguns akimbo should be more of a thing.

Still bored; I built a possible one for @loricus as well: with the sniper-rifle, colt, chopper and 'advance ECM' (Flare-filter Chaff)

    @loricus BIG MECHA
    Enclosed, Ground, Hands, Single-seat, Walker
    ATTRIBUTES: Scale 2, Speed 2, Brawn 17(+2)
DETAILS: Max. Passengers 1, Impact 3+7§ (Knockdown)
    DEFENCES: Structure 16, Armour 8, Firewall 10, BTS 6
    MOUNTED WEAPONS:
    • Muli Sniper Rifle: Range L, 1+6§ damage, Burst 2/1, Unwieldy, Heavy MULTI, Medium MULTI, Unforgiving 2
    Normal Mode (Primary): Nil change
    T2 Mode (Medium Secondary): Anti-material 2, Piercing 2, Vicious 2
Needle Mode (Heavy Secondary): Piercing 2, Spread 1, Vicious 2, Munition
    • Teseum Chopper: Melee, 1+5§ damage, Unbalanced, Piercing 4, Vicious 2
    • Americolt Eagle: Range R/C, Damage 2+5, Burst 1, Unbalanced, Piercing 1, Non-Hackable, Knockdown, Vicious 1
    • Chain Rifle: Range C, 1+5§ damage, Burst 1, 2H, Spread 1, Torrent, Vicious 1
    • Light Grenade Launcher: Range M, 2+4§, Burst 1, Unbalanced, Heavy, Grenades, Indiscriminate (Close), Munition, Speculative Fire
Flare Filtered Chaff Mode: Area (Close), Blinding, and Nonlethal
GEAR: ECM 1, Nav-Suite (Area of Operations), Auto-medkit, Location Beacon
    SPECIAL ABILITIES:

I don't think you really gain anything by going Needle as your 'Heavy' ammo. Honestly T2 covers most of the requirements. Swapping Dancer in as your 'Heavy Secondary' is probably the best option. AP/Shock + T2 might work better?

Over-all it might be a touch to high-tech though: you could downgrade to basically the same weapons but on a Blackjack chassis? Losing the ECM in the process?

Edit: OW! that Teseum Chopper does some serious damage, with the TAG's brawn bonus DMG it's 6+5§ damage, Piercing 4, Vicious 2. So ~10 damage ignoring 4 Armour soak most of the time.

Edit: yeah, so, the Heavy Multi (ie Heavy Secondary) gets the Munition trait, it’s buried in the Multi Rules. I think AP/Shock + T2 makes the most sense as that gives your T2 rounds the Munitions trait, which is fitting.

I think I'd like to keep the MSR stock to simplify things.

I wrote a weapon for my shoulder:

    ----
Minotaur homebrew Support Guided Micro Missile Launcher Curtains

Modified Ariadnan tech custom designed by Minotaur techs to add heavy firepower to a TAG without using valuable pilot attention or the need to be aimed. It has a three round barrel clip containing reduced payload guided missiles. Like a Panzerfaust it is not designed to be field reloaded.
Testing showed aiming without an arm mount to be difficult and dangerous. It is locked to only fire in the guided mode. While pilots can release the safety it is against Minotaur standards and common sense to do so.
It does not have a mechanism for firing manually, it must be fired remotely by the TAG pilot or someone with remote access.
    ----

    "Curtains" Guided Micro ML
    Range: Long
    Damage: 2+4
    Burst: 3
    Size: Mounted
    Ammo: Heavy
Qualities: Munition, Guided, Salvo2 (Area: Long)

Special: Carried 3 reloads, (As Panzerfaust) Disassembling to reload takes a Challenging (D2) tech test as a standard action.

Special: Firing unguided is a difficulty +1 test and adds complication +2.

Finally! Sorry for the delay! Without further ado:

    Dreanna Farabella

    Age: 27
    Height: 5' 7"
    Weight: 152lbs
    Hair Color: Orange
    Eye Color: Hazel

Born in Vaudeville Module, Bakunin, Dreanna was spawned by Fabiola Farabella, a Riot Grrl as rough and though as they come. She never knew her father, since her mother had been too high to remember who it was that knocked her up, and most of her upbringing came from her “Auntie Greta”, the owner of the ‘Reckless Rhonda’ Pub and “Uncle” Levy, a former Streetwalker Cat Boy who served as bartender.

In school, she was constantly bullied, much to her mother’s chagrin; and when Rissa Evans hacked Dreanna’s Geist and turned it into a Possum, Fabiola decided not to have it changed back, as a lesson for her daughter of the consequences of not fighting back. To console the distraught girl, Uncle Levy took her to Raoul’s Body-Mods and got her a Cat Girl Package [Youth Event Special]. This angered Fabiola, who forbade Levy to have further contact with Dreanna. It was at this time, that Dreanna’s fascination with fire began.

Due to her propensity to start fires, and her not so spectacular Grades, Dreanna was sent to Bakunin’s Moderator Academy. When Dreanna was 15, Levy was gruesomely murdered. It was then that Auntie Greta explained that Fabiola and herself were members of the Snow Harpies Gang, and that Levy’s murder was an Ultimatum from The Riveters, a gang that was gaining strength and taking over their turf [Adolescent Event: Someone close got murdered. Family part of Criminal Conspiracy].

At 18, Dreanna joined the first ship that was hiring and that’s how she began working at the ‘Do Nacimento’, a Cargo Freighter. For seven years she roamed the Human Sphere, helping to patch up the old ship.

After recieving the News of her mother's death, Dreanna felt so bad, she inadvertedly started a major fire at Cargo Hold 2. Captain Robles promised not to throw her out the airlock if she posed as his "Date" for a meeting with a potential Client who fancied Cat Girls. Unfortunately, the negotiations went South and a huge fight broke off. In the end only a guy named Tony and Dreanna were left standing and neither feeling like hitting each other. From then on Captain Robles hired her as his Personal Bodyguard, a job she carried out for the next 5 years.

It was at this time that Chief Engineer Silva helped her cope with her Pyromania and got her the Vintage Brass Lighter she so treasures. She also learned to sneak into the Cargo Bay and secretly learn to pilot the old Gecko TAGs they used to move the Cargo around [Career Event: Discovered she had a talent for something she hadn’t tried before]. One day she was caught by Silva and after being reprimanded, she was allowed to be a TAG Operator when she wasn't working as Bodyguard for Captain Robles.

On takeoff from Dawn, the Reactor Core of the ‘Do Nacimento’ overheated. Drianna and the other Techs, donned Radiation Suits and tried their best to repair the doomed machine. Aware of the imminent meltdown, Chief Engineer Silva sounded the alarm and shoved Drianna into one of the Escape Pods. The ‘Do Nacimento’ exploded in the stratosphere and crashed into the ocean [Career Event: Forced to Evacuate. Spend 5 Assets or gain Homeless Trait].

Stranded in Dawn, with not a penny in her pockets and no way or will to return home, Dreanna looks for the only person she knows and respects, Tony Rodriguez (Got a 9 in the Roll at Relationship Table: [They met in a bar fight. They were the only two left standing.] I just couldn’t let that one pass).

    Dreanna's Goals:

    Short Term:
    - Get a job, find lodgings and send word to Auntie Greta that she's alive and well..
    - Get a new wardrobe. She will settle for "Fuctional," but would like "Nice." Righ now she only has her Rad-Suit and Jumper.
    - Go to a beach. She has seen oceans form afar, and seen simulations and holopics, but never been to a beach.

    Mid Term:
    - Gain a respectable reputation. To finally go through Security without getting funny looks when her Family and Personal Records pop up.
    - Learn to ride a Motorcycle.

    Long Term:
    - Cure her Pyromania. She nearly lost her job and home once, but she still goes back to burning stuff when getting anxious.
    - Return to Bakunin and visit Auntie Greta some day.

    Echo's Goals

    Immediate:
    - Get access to Arachne, or if not possible, to Maya at least. "I'm stuck with the Neurotic Cat lady 24/7! Heeeelp meeeeee!!!"
    Short Term:
    - Get Dreanna a good man, have her fall in love and have lots of little kittens. "All this business of constant life-threatening situations are not good for my health."
    Long Term
    - Cure Dreanna's Pyromania. "I've seen things no Geist should have seen! She even keeps a secret folder full of pics and videos of things burning up! For crying out loud, she even mast*-*d**dgf*5g***** [Connection Severed by Host]

Ooooh? Then maybe Dreanna can have the AR Eyes I wanted and the Subdermal Armor after all. I was also thinking of grouping the whloe Cat Girl Mods into one big Augmentation for simplicity's sake.

Concerning Gear, she's only carrying what she had when she was ejected from her exploding ship, which was not much. I figured "Necesity" would be a great motivator for her to take any job the Minotaurs would give her.

I'll check it out if you send me the details.
My idea was that the Daturazi changed his religion from worshipping the Morat god of war Cotoya to a mixture of Christianity & Buddhism. While Morats themselves are mostly detached from religion in general this Daturazi is different since he embraces religion instead. When he accepted & started practicing some aspects of Christianity & Buddhism, do to exposure of those religion's warrior monks on the battlefield, he was seen as a "cultural traitor" and thus given to Kratot status. This only pushed him further away from his people and former religion. Today he is fully following a mixture of the two religions and continuing his path in life as both preacher & warrior.

I can imagine him covered in scars & marks giving him a "I survived because I'm dangerous" vibe to him. This is contrasted with his personality and willingness to help others. Don't take advantage of him though because you will end up in a broken heap or worse. That is if you can take advantage of him. This old dog (around 60) has sharp wit & wisdom that has grown over the years. Though you wouldn't be able to tell that he is over 50 by his movements and skills.

Another interesting thing is that he isn't strict or doesn't follow certain traditions of the Catholic/Protestant/etc...& Buddhist religions. He has a Holy Bible on him & the Tripitaka as well. He follows what is detailed in those two books and nothing outside of them. He is also open to marriage and doesn't mind if he settles down with a human woman. Presently, his marriage search hasn't been successful mainly due to not finding someone with similar beliefs. Perhaps he might meet his match in near future?

    @Danger Rose. . .

Excellent Background, filled with good plot hooks and interesting tidbits; will be sure to work them all in the History. . .

As said by the other Players, then don't stress overmuch about Assetts to spend; "Penniless" is a thing that I don't really care for as the Balance between "Rich Spoiled Corp Brats" and "Poor Barrio-Ateks / Favelados" is a little TOO scrambled in the Infinity R.P.G. and could potentially ruin AT START even an otherwise excellently mixed group. . .

When I said Your Character will NOT BE an Uberfallkommando was to point that was NOT the Bakunin Biografts equivalent of a Combat Cyborg (whatever Faction of Origin) so heavily modified that is practically a Re-Fluffed "A.L.E.P.H. Frontline Lhost Frame" OR an Haqqislamite "Runihura" Gene-Engineered Supersoldier that is ALMOST "Wolverine + Captain America" OR a Tohaa "Symbiont Warrior" so perfectly synchronized with the Organic Heavy Armour to be rather like "Bio-Booster Armor Guyver" from the Manga / Anime or a "Light Warframe" from the Videogame Franchise. . .!!

For a T.A.G. Pilot from Bakunin some "Combat-Useful Biomods" that build on top a Chimera Cosmetic Package is ALMOST a given; due to the fact that You acquired them with "Starting Assetts" make them EVEN more exceptional than Standard. . .

Also I will gladly allow some form of Light Subdermal Armor (even "Laced" with Skin that is "Limited Heat-Resistant" as befitting a Pyromaniac Character) and the Thermal Sight Eyes that make a lot "Night Predator Big Cat". . .

What do You think of the "Proposed" T.A.G. Loadouts that the other P.C. so graciously provided to check. . .??

    @Golem2God. . .

A "Christian + Tibetan Warrior Monk" with a deep spirituality is a very good Background Trait; its Calm Demeanour even in Battle will be a stark difference with the savage, brutal tactics of "Loyalist Daturazis" that (from their Official C.B. Description) seems to be a form of "Cybernetically Controlled Berserkers". . .!!

Do You want Him to be a "Knuckleduster Brawler" mainly fighting unarmed or some sort of "Elegant Blade Dancer" (remember the Yet extant "Idea" of the Teseum Swordsmith so particularly vicious 100% Teseum versions of the Curved Knife-Blades of the Morats or the straight Halberd Polearm of the Sogarats are a given). . .

And for the "Non-T.A.G. Pilot" Packge of "Enhanced Super Soldier" what would You like more. . .??

1°) The "Combat Drug Juicer" seems to be a typical Krakot Stuff and will make You very close to the "Minotaurs Chapter" of the Biker Gang of Mixed Desperados and Kums; this will also "Bond" somehow You with @oldGregg "Dune Fremen" Kum / Tuareg Support Specialist (He too a Veteran Runihura Supersoldier and so, effectively, the MOST FEARSOME "Weapon" that a Gang supported by Wulver Bikers, Light Chimera Bikers and Morlock Bikers could deploy !!). . .

2°) Or will You go towards the "Biotech Implants" route, giving You links with the experimental Labs of mixed Haqqislamite Gene-Engineers and Bakunin "Freak Monster Makers" that were eager to test the limits of a Pain-Inured Nonhuman. . .

3°) Also something even more weird and Science-Fiction could be done; I imagine that if the Evolved Intelligence took so much hassle to "Integrate Ur-Comlogs" INTO the very concept of the Daturazi Martial Art then "Removing" it would be cause of very serious issues of Psychological or even Somatical origin (as the old Rules about "Sepsitoring Your Own Troops" with the Coma Skill hinted). . .

I have yet said that between the relatively few "Tohaa Medical Advisors" that arrived to soon join the Minotaurs Sanitary Services there is a "Triad of Researchers" that were considered "Radical Extremists" even for the "Artichoke Heads" standards. . .

Maybe they implanted some manner of weird, absurdly modified "Alien Symbiotic Organism" that made Your Character no more "Psychologically Subjugated" by the insidious E.I. Mind-Link and also started to further enhance Your lethal prowess. . .

    . . . . .

Anyway, let's Me know what do You think of these proposals and will send You soon some selected infos about the "Krakot Bladesmith" yet written background that You'll decide to integrate in the Background of YOURS Character. . . . .!!!

a)Yes I did read the lore and campaign setup, and I would love to play another Dog Warrior, one based on one of my own miniatures. I take that there still are open spots? What would be most problematic for me would be issues of gear and need to clarify mechanics involved. Still here is a concept:

Dog Warrior with A Scots Guard training. Lord Alistair McGregor also known as "Fluffy".
Born to pair of Dog Faces, with his father being technically a firstborn son of a Mormaer, but as we know, dog face always brings great shame upon the father, thus casting a bad light upon lineage. Thankfully for Alistair, his father was quickly raising to a prominence as very athletic Dog Ball star. Alistair himself still fumes every-time someone refers to him "Are you this McGregor? Son of 'The Knight?"

Still young Alistair was more than inspired by grandfather war stories and thus wished to excel as fine soldier, enlisting as soon as he was done with basic education. His first bout with Cameronian regiment was rough, especially when he came into full contact with process of "preparing" for battle. Still back then young McGregor excelled physically and with discipline, earning high commendations and proving to be excellent soldier capable of acting more like a hunter rather than a reckless berserker.

With that he was finally permitted to attempt to qualify to a far more respectable unit, and surprisingly for many of the trainers, youngest of McGregors was able to be admitted and joined second battalion. He was deployed alongside this elite unit over course of three years, serving mostly off world and doing so with distinction, earning himself nickname of a "Fluffy" mostly to contrast his very professional and no nonsense attitude.

That career came to an end after particularly awful task force run in with Combined Army forces. Squad Mcgregor was attached to was given to a young less experienced officer, and to make matters worse, intel about enemy was wrong. Out of team of twenty people,
Alistair was one of six survivors. During mission, he failed to toss away a grenade tossed by Morats, only to have it explode in his hand, act which costed him his left hand, and led to honorable discharge. he was a good soldier, but no one in Ariadna command would pay for cybernetic grafts for a Dog Face.

Alistair would apply for work in Minotaur company with hope of getting access to haqqislam technology, either to replace his arm with bionic or to allow him to regrow missing limb. Currently he would have over ten years of active service with multiple commendations.

hopefully that story would be acceptable.

    @Beodren. . .

Spots still open and a Dogwarrior is a welcome addition to the Group as I previously said. . .

The Background History is very compelling and useful and full of good plot hooks. . .

As for the reason of joining the Minotaurs there could be endless perks; while is not VERY explained in the Basic Manual (I have not STILL the "Ariadna Factionbook") I always assumed that the Dogwarriors have a sort of Limited Regeneration. . .

As for the Arm lost to a Combined Plasma Grenade, there are THREE Possibilities:

1°) A Mix of Haqqislamite Gene-Engineers / Bakunin "Praxis Doctor Moreaus" / Tohaa "Medical Advisors" have created a costly, rare, experimental Gene Therapy that FURTHER enhanced these extant "Regenerative Properties" of Dogfaces / Dogwarriors; Your "Limited Enhancement" as a Dogwarrior is to have even more "Wound Healing Factor" with some Berserker-related issues. . .

2°) The more Radical of the Tohaas inside the Minotaurs Mercs have "Simply" grafted to the lost armpit a complex "Alien Symbiote"; this "Uplifted Organism" is at "Sleepy Rest" when You are in Dogface Form, but when the Dogwarrior Adrenaline kicks-in then the "Xeno Horror" awaken and is eager to fight; could be all manner of "Gigeresque Monstruosity" like Spiked Claws that are able to rend away T.A.G. Platings (Strength+ "Offensive" Enhancement) / Armadillo Skin-Crocodile Scales-Insect Carapace that cover the grown arm in a Chitinous Armour able to withstand even Light Artillery Shots (Endurance+ "Defensive" Enhancement) / a whole Cephalopod Critter grafted to the arm with the option of splitting into many smaller "Mini-Tentacles" that, while tipped with Razor-Sharp Barbs, are very weak on their own, but can "Rope-Combine" into a single flexible and strong "Maxi-Appendage" (Dexterity+ "Utility" Enhancement). . .

3°) Should You like more the idea of a "Cyborg Werewolf" then the combined intellect of the best Researcher of Ariadna / Bourak / Nomads Motherships / Various Assorted Merc-Techies has ideated a new innovative "Tesum Alloy Bionic Arm" that instead of being a clumsy "Hydraulic Actuator + Metal Plates" thing is a marvel of engineering with "Flexible Myomar Fibermuscles and Alloy Platelets" that will stretch and enlarge when attaining Dogwarrior Form; essentially You will be Bucky "Winter Soldier" Barnes when in Dogface and have a Big Metal Appendage that could link with all manner of interesting Heavy Weapons when in Dogwarrior (I'm quite partial with Vulcan Gatling Miniguns; so You'll be the "Lycanthrope Version" of Jesse Ventura in "Predator" or Vulcan Raven from "Metal Gear Solid" !!). . .

Personally I think I would like to go with Cyborg werewolf aesthetic. Seeing that we have a quite a few combat specialist, maybe arm could have A bit of defensive function? Like ability to extend and form even a simple combat shield since CQC was mentioned as part of daily dealings. (infinite Captain America references!), while adding a character that could handle the "breaching part" of mission?

Alistair weapon of choice (of course, after his trusty claymore) Would be a upsized Molotok, as nothing beats a rain of AP high caliber rounds, while dog warrior can easily handle the recoil. At least I would hope so.

Yep, good for a "Shield Cyberarm" rather than a "Gun Cyberarm" if it fits more of Your stile; could provide some good tactical flexibility to act as "S.W.A.T. Vanguard" (the one that breach with Ballistic Shields) for the other two "Human Sized" of the Player Character (@oldGregg 's "Tuareg Hacker + Tech + Medic Khawarji" and @Golem2God 's "Calm Mind Daturazi Krakot"). . .

Technically Dogwarriors are large as a small T.A.G. but they aren't Metal Robots but fully organic (well, in Your case You have 20% of the Body that is Artificial) and so could easily crouch down even easier than humans due to their Canine Hybrid ergonomy, so it will be a "Roomsweeper Terror". . .

Good for the "Big Molotok"; I have seen them always as a sort of "Sawed-Off Barret Anti-Tank Rifles" and so Yours will be provided with a Longer Barrell, Better Scope, Bracing Bipod ans especially a far larger Ammo Clip (Drum Shaped will be the most practical way) to unleash a lot of better "R.O.F." in Full-Auto before Reloading. . .

A similar cumbersome weapon would be STILL ungainly and difficult to fire standing when in Dogface (even counting a brawny physique of a Veteran "Dog Baller" and the Cyberarm) preferring a prone firing position or well-braced, bipod extended and firmly held on a tree branch, sturdy crate or window slit. . .

Obviously in Dogwarrior Form You could easily keep it with the Cyberarm as easily as a Light S.M.G. and wildly spray Teseum Tipped A.P. Rounds with wild abandon (and still a good accuracy); same as for the Family Heirloom Claymore (100% Pure Teseum as fitting a Mormaer's Scion !!) that will be a clumsy "Zweinhander" in Dogface and a Lightwwight "Fencing Saber" in Dogwarrior. . .

As for the Heritage Blade and all that it entails, one of the "Founders" of the Minotaurs is a Caledonian Noble Mormaer that has MARRIED a Kazak Dogwarrior Female and sired with Her a couple of Twin Wulver Daughters; I'm sure that a similar character will have ALL Caledonians treat You with the Respect that Your Noble Rank will deserve (and about the Minotaurs that does NOT CARE about Noble Titles they are usually wise enough to NOT enrage a Veteran Dogwarrior !!). . .

Just be careful that they don't want to "Hook You Up" with one of their offsprings as soon the "Sterility Issue" will be hopefully solved !!

Also there are 2-3 nice, gorgeous Dogwarrior Females in the Minotaurs Rosters that could like to "Help Evolve The Specie" with You as the Sire of many happy little "Ariadnan Werewolves Pups". . . . .!!!
