Spoiler: Sygmaa The Sygmaa ('traitor' Tohaa) are Tohaa whose planets have been taken over by the Evolved Intelligence. It turns out that they're then well-treated and that the main Tohaa appear to be lying about the Evolved Intelligence, so the Sygmaa are now fierce enemies of the Tohaa, who they see as tools of a misleading regime.
There is no reason you couldn't just use the Tohaa Diplomatic Delegate as a Sygmaa Delegate HVT. No conversions needed at all. Just paint her to match your army if you wish.

There's also the ever-so-insignificant point that the Combined Army has to kill their way into "treating well" the people of our "lying regime", and the tiny minor point that the Combined Army cuts out your old cube and stuffs a new one in.
