Is there a location this stuff is being shared? I haven't been able to see a collection of the Adepticon presentation anywhere.
I'm not really seeing this similarity between Tunguska and Combined Army. In the example above, they're both humanoid robots (biomechanical in the Unidrons case), so yeah they obviously have a similar form. 2 legs, 2 arms, a head, all arranged like a person. The Unidron has digitigrade legs that the Hollow Man doesn't have. And Tunguska had the red and black colour scheme a long time before CA stuff did.
if anything its Tunguska and praxis going "man the mobility on Combined REMs are really good they keep beating us, lets capture one, break it down and steal some design from it to re apply to our own stuff"
... and Hollow Men legs looks like (new) Garuda legs.... which makes sense, steal Aleph's technologies, and use it against it - it's so Nomads....
The Rasyat redesign head reminds me of the Garuda actually haha (no relevance to anything at all just something I noticed). Yeah the Hollow Men feet are little baby Szally feet.
Appreciate it - any idea where the statistics everyone is referencing about Yu Jing might be? Curious to see those.
No problem. I haven't watched the Adepticon presentation for myself yet so I can't give you time stamps but I believe they were discussed there.
"According to our statistics, Yu Jing players take Tohaa units exactly 0% of the time, so I will not speak of the dirty artichokes again."
This is not the right topic to talk about it, but as a YJ player I'll miss a lot Shikami and Oni/Shinobu, I really hope to see very soon improvements for our army, in the meantime , I'll wait for Tunguska. Coming back to May releases, Zoe & Pi well are very used, I'm glad to see them, I'm not so impressed by Tanko, I don't like them.
I've started to save every army list I use and so should you, if you want your use of troop types to be recognised.
Are you sure it's "saved lists" and not "lists submited to tournaments" what CB uses for their statistics?
He said saved in the seminars I've been in. Well actually he said any list created but unless you save them I don't see how that'd get picked up.
Very likely illegal oversight of what is your computer (specially your browser) doing, so I concur it's the list we save in out ITS profile (locally saved ones is less likely). Troll Thought of the Day (TTotD): spend your idle time creating and saving strange, suboptimal lists on your phone to mess with this metrics.
I mean, CB sells minis, not runs events for profit. So it's likely they value broader data on what's used over competitive stuff. Even when it comes to in-game performance, concerns are not limited to extremely competitive segment of your playerbase.
I think CB is really able to get data from every saved list. I work for a company providing telematic services received via Apps and you do not want to know what kind of data I receive.... :)
