Any one else noticed that the Asawira now has gone now from the Store? Also the new one sadly still hasn't come out now (should be a march release I tought...). My onlinestore had it for release on the 23. of march and now with the info that they are waiting for new release updates...
Miniature Market still have a couple v of the AP Rifle variant. There should still be a fair amount of residual stock around as it's only just gone OOP.
Oh sure, with the new one coming out and running out, it would be foolish to do another run. But I'm lazy and it's a unit I'm almost certain to never use.
I'm curious, is that because of your sectorial / list style choices? I guess it's not something people use a lot outside of HB, but still...
@Barrogh They lost a point of WIP, gained Assault and Frenzy. They also added the Muyib link options. I think that's it? They also dropped ~10 points. The main complaint about this is that they used to be powerful solo pieces who you could park in suppression in cover if need be. This newer Haqqislam Knight version works better in links and is more affordable, but losing cover can be rough with only ARM3. And one less WIP doesn't help the Doc+ who used to be an elite objective grabber.
@Barrogh I read in this thread that they were losing a point of WIP and got super bummed... but After pulling out my old lists and double checking in Army, all I see is that they’ve always had WIP 14, (which I like), and they’ve always had Frenzy, (which was my suspicion, hence the research). If these were changes, they must have been before I started playing. To answer your question: I have no clue what’s going on. Does anyone know? *Edit: I think the changes happened when “Human Sphere” the book, was published. This was before I was playing, so I still love the Asawira.
Yeah, Asawira had WIP15 back in N2, and there was no risk to using regenerate when you had only taken 1 wound as a failure only killed you if you were unconscious. On the other hand the new G: Servant rules can make the Doc pretty great in CC.
It's still the case. Regeneration only deals a wound on a failure, so it will not outright kill your Asawira on a single wound
You misunderstand, in N2 you only lost a wound on failure if you were already Unconscious, failing when you were at 1 wound had no consequences.
