Looking at all the link options available in the profiles.pdf and the possibilities seem amazing on paper. What link combos are you planning to run? I like the idea of having a MB with TinBot B and Anaconda. Emily doing the Druze trick with a Alguaciles link. Also can't wait to see what Spector FTO can do with links.
Spector FTO, Brawler Haris, and Bawler HRL could be a fun one. I hadn't thought about the Tinbot duo. THat's pretty awesome
The first list I came up with only had the possibility of a Haris link and that's it. Not sure if that's really worth it, might as well play vanilla Nomads then.
Your doing it wrong then. Pick a linked team and build your list around it. Not the other way around.
I'm pretty sure any time i brought an Anaconda i'd bring a Brigada LT to babysit it in a Duo. Brawler Haris with the MSV sniper sitting at the back of the field with some Bandits and Irmandinoh smoke support is another one. Riot Grrls + Emily is obvious. Or a Riot Grrl Haris. Many options. :)
Honestly, I think I prefer Riot Grrls + Avicenna. WIP 18 doctor rolls with possible reroll within a HI link team. Holy shit.

Don't you have to take the brawler haris profile to get the ability to haris at all? Other than that I was thinking the same list because damn that's spicy
Yeah I kinda fear so too! And that's what makes this Haris Team so annoying. And yes Brawler Spector Haris with Irmandinho/Remotes, Bandits and Hawwa plus Emily/Uhahuh was my idea, but it just feels very odd not having a Core in a Sectorial. I think I will probably just stick with Druze, where you have lots of extra Link team members to keep the train going. If Spector at least would have an Lt. Option like Arslan, so you could use Emily's CoC a bit more effective in that combination. Urgh!
Nope the requirement is 1Brawler+1CSU+Spector FTO. If the Haris Brawler would be necessary it would be written 1Brawler Haris +1CSU+Spector FTO as it is written for the Domaru Haris + 2 Sexbots Karakuris special Haris in JSA
Fireteam Haris requirements list, among other things: At least one of the members of this Type of Fireteam must have the Fireteam: Haris Special Skill. In the case of the Brawler + CSU + Raoul or 2 Brawler + CSU fireteams, the Brawler Haris is required because Raoul and CSUs don't have that skill

As leviathan says, at least one trooper in a Haris must have the Haris Special Skill when you form the Fireteam.
Am I right in understanding that the brawlers can form a regular harris of just 3 brawlers as well? So long as one of the Harris brawlers is included? Brawler-only Haris: in StarCo, yes. In Ikari, no, because it's not listed in the Fireteam chart. Alguaciles in StarCo are listed with Core as well as Special, so can form a standard Core.
And in the same way Riot Girls can only form the special Core! Perfect thanks! I always find a second opinion useful.
I'd be tempted to take a Riot GRRL with a Blitzen over the tinbot there. It would help against heavier units and you still have the option to Fairy Dust with Uhahu if the matchup dictates. I'm not sure how valuable the CSU is in the Spector/Brawler Haris though except to save a few points. A 2 Brawler version feels a little more versatile to me. Starco. I feel like Spector is wasted in a brawler link. I much prefer his AD profile. A brawler only Haris with MSV 2 and LT is wondrous for its points.
Yeah exactly this for Brawler Haris. I like the Wildcats Haris with the HRL and Lt. and this is just straight better. I would prefer a CSU over the Brawler Haris profile but that's why you need to take that profile. If you don't want the Lt. I would take a CSU to get a linked DTW in your DZ and backup specialist. Anaconda and Brigada Duo is my favorite so far. I have a lot of games of Gecko Duos now, and this seems like a cool alternative. I like the Brigada MULTI, especially if you have CoC and get the Lt. order. Even if you run out of orders the Brigada can break for Suppression and cover the TAG. Brigada Core seems interesting, definitely superior. Linked Doctors are always nice, as is linked smoke. It prevents the opponent from pressuring you at close range at risk that Massacre will break to take them down in CQB. If he commits he can kill/disable almost anything. I kind of like just having the Dak/Massacre/HMG if you don't want to shell out for the full Core. Just like the old Brigada Core it works well with the REM, especially the Tsyklon Spitfire. Getting Impetuous Engineers for extra repair efficiency is awesome as well, I hope Brigada hacking squad, REM and Irmandinho becomes sort of an archetype because that sounds super cool, but it's not really my style. Alguacilles Core is Alguacilles Core. If you want to spend a lot on stuff that isn't Core take em.
