Corvus Belli has finally launched its new app, which is still in beta and full of bugs. Currently, it's OTM and Army for Warcrow. It will basically be for all games, including Aristeia and Infinity, so there will be the Aristeia and Infinity Army management apps, and other things to come. * You can log in with your official forum account or your account from their store. The two are normally linked. This automatically transfers your profile to the app, and there's no need to recreate a login and password. ---------------- Post: https://x.com/corvusbelli_/status/1960322159340916935 Welcome to Corvusphere We are pleased to inform you that OTM is now CorvuSphere and has moved to a new location. Really appreciate the narrative explanation for Next Wave in the interviews. The explanation of Achilles still being a hero of Humanity with a twist is pretty cool. And acknowledging the fracture that Aleph experienced in lore with him leaving is cool. I’m really looking forward to seeing more news of the Sectorials details and profiles as it gets closer to release. :)
Corrected, if you call this number it will reduce the french debt by 60 euros each time, there are 3,345 billion to repay, we thank you for your generosity.

I am tremendously disappointed with how, CB, in the 20th anniversary of the main game, is doing nothing. No special miniatures, no events... nothing. Even an special 20th anniversary Happy Days would be interesting, with a reprint on demand of a selection of top sellers from all editions, like tankhunter, haqq mono bikes, etc etc, but again, they showed null interest in their main game.
10th edition was an Achilles double model box with the heavy armor instead of the SP pajamas. Now see where he is... And there goes the only way to say "hey, this is too broken, this is too underwhelming"? Or will there be no more ITS codes we need to pay to report games to the OTM? I don't understand this one. Did we needed permission before? Were we forbidden from sharing custom missions? I suppose the game has been competitively dead for years then, at least for CB. Personally, should that be the case, I'd say they would have killed the competitive part themselves. On the other hand, the question is if they are considering "non-competitive" any sale that hasn't shown up in the OTM, which I think would mean Corvus assumes people would only buy Infinity miniatures to play Infinity, and nothing else... Btw there has been no word from the RPG for years, and Nosolorol terminated their inventory also more than a year ago, with just the core book, and two supplements (plus the rules-only booklet). Will RPG games and campaigns get some limelight? For some reason, I read this as "nobody is playing the flyers, so we will incentivate their presence in the table" instead of revisiting the concept. I could read it as "we are selling flying units like we were selling Reinforcements boxes in N4, that is, poorly", but there are one or two models that are not utter flying bricks with smaller bricks as engines.
For the previous anniversary, which was during the pandemic, they released a Yu Jing miniature to celebrate Patient Zero. So, based on this pattern, we can expect a special release for USariadna, the TAK, or a remote that has broken down following a power cut. Well, apart from the French forum and the dark net discords, where everything gets lost in endless scrolling, no one really shares missions or campaigns rules. From what I understand, you can post your mission or personalized stuff on the Corvusphere app, and it will be shared visibly in a dedicated section. Generally speaking, CB communicates relatively little and practically never about partner content, except for one non-systematic instance to announce the partnership. So we are forced to make extrapolations based on observations... I don't have any information, but I've noticed that the English publisher is only selling its existing stock without reprinting. The publisher also said on Kickstarter that they had finished the collection and wouldn't be returning to it for at least a while because they had put a lot of energy into it. Some french warcors say that CB hates Modiphius, so it's possible that they broke Modiphius' contract and no one is talking about it because everyone is angry, which is possible because there has been no communication from any of the parties involved in the French localization of Corvus Belli products. In addition, all the PDF books for the RPG have been made available in the Sybilla database, including both the lore and rules pages. The PDFs have also been given away for free several times on the internet, especially during the pandemic, when I got a lot of them from drivethrurpg. In the case of Drivethrurpg, we can argue that Modiphius is making donations to promote the game, but if CB offers all of Modiphius' content for free on a permanent basis, it looks like the contract is coming to an end. Especially considering that CB offers Modiphius content but has never placed its own books in Sybilla. There is no longer any communication about the French version of the role-playing game either, but given the low sales of the core rulebook, I think the publisher simply didn't want to continue losing money, just like with the Spanish version. And since most buyers of RPG books purchase them for the lore, CB must think that there's no point in continuing himself to invest in RPGs, as selling novels or supplements is most easier.
With 3 from 5 flyers released, I think its a bit early to say something about their commercial success. I bought my first one - the Nomad Jetbike - which is in my opinion the best looking one. I am courios how they will do on the table but in general I am not hyped of the concept. I think the Pan O one should be easy to use, while Nomads or later Yu Jing and Haq are a bit diffecult. O-12 is an ugly brick - I agree and its a bit sad given the stunning ass... erm artwork. In my (small) meta flyer are not used very much (which means: not). Our Pan O player need some time until his minis are ready for the tabel and all other (execpt Nomad now) are not out yet. We do not proxy them because a) we don´t like to and b) there is no excitement to do so just for the usabililty). I like to play campaigns. I am currently do a map based one, but only with a friend. In my main gaiming round I try to introduce something, but it will take its time ... Never heard of that.
It was the Dragon Lady they sold at Gencon for their bundle Crimson Stone, but she was also the 20th anniversary mini, I remember because I made a meme about her: https://store.corvusbelli.com/en/wargames/infinity/miniatures/dragon-lady-event-exclusive-edition Spoiler: + Spoiler: +
Ah okay. Not realy realised that this had something to to with the pandemic. PS: Your 2nd spoiler has no picture
I just realized what I felt strange with the % of competitive players vs "non-competitive"... rules. The game is quite heavy in rules for casuals... so I think that most of those non-competitive players may just buy the models and not really play the game... Ok, now that's something, and we should get all past ITS missions in the app then (if not by corvus, people will surely copy those there). Nosolorol has been offering the spanish version of the books since April 2024 at least (35€, nowadays it's at less than 19€!), and the book listing is the core book, the player's guide (just rules for heavy use) and Quantronic Fire, and they took years to translate those :S Modiphius could be really mad due to the bottleneck that became Gutier's seal of approval for eveything (he had to read and OK everything Modiphius wrote, and it was slowish) and the Uprising book (which got Modiphius by surprise and they had to rewrite the YJ book... not least of it because they had to remove the JSA parts!) Now the Sybilla part is quite interesting, since it would point to CB retaining all rights while Modiphius (who comissioned the writing with the KS money) may had it just had been a licensee, and it would explain why they aren't eager to jump in again (or deeper). Also all the PDFs from the KS filtered into the High Seas while being released, so... I see several problems with the flyers. First they are flying bikes with taller Silhouette, which is interesting as a proof of concept, but feels underwhelming. Second is price. Each one costs around 53€ in CB Store (aside from the Nomad one, 3€ extra for the helper bot), made of Unicool... while I go to Eldfall Chronicles and get the Earthen Creatures box (since it has the bigger models, 2 of S2, 2 of S5, 2 of S7 and one in 80mm base but 140mm tall...) for 100€, or the Elementals box for 2 S7 models for 35€, and I don't feel the price is that justified in the flyers. Third is the aesthetics... the O12 one is prime X-Men movie material for Prof. Xavier, the Nomads one is too "clean" and rounded, nothing of it speaks of struggling techies overhauling old tech, and the PanO one seems adequate for the faction, but all are filled with large, smooth and plain surfaces that used to be quite rare in Infinity, but nowadays... On the plus side, I think it was a good idea from CB to wait before releasing the flyers so people had time to get used to the new edition.
Releases for October according to the American distributor, there could be other releases as we have plenty of previews to do a whole month like TAG Anaconda unless released between November and December. The recap post on page 1 has been updated. https://interstellargamez.com/collections/new-infinity-releases Fēiquán Imperial Tactical Wing Tunguska Triggermen Infinity O-12 Paint Set Kappa Missile Launcher Hassassin Bahram Expansion Pack Beta 25mm Scenery Bases, Zeta Series 40mm Scenery Bases, Zeta Series 55mm Scenery Bases, Zeta Series Akashi Site Scenery Expansion Pack
A Kappa ML! Now that is unexpected and one edition too late XD The Feiquan is the best-looking flier so far imo. Triggerman looks nothing like the art suggested, but not bad all in all. Love the new bases and especially the new scenery. @Wizzy Thanks for sharing! The image for the Hassassin Expansion Pack isn't loading properly though.
Ok. The concept of Triggermen is pretty cool. While profile wise, it is a regenating HI, modelwise it is a MI and Remote pair that heal each other when they get wounded. Neat.
The Akashi Site Expansion Pack is interesting. Apparently no Objective Room included - are CB dropping Objective Room missions from the new ITS season...? I don't see any ladders either, so getting to the platforms might be difficult (unless Superjump / Climbing Plus is used, of course). Maybe the third structure has some, but it still affects practicality of the terrain. Nb. IMO two footbridges are too many. You need ~4 terrain sets (2 basic, 2 expansion) to set up a 4x4 table, by my experience with 2gen terrain. You aren't going to make use of that many (i.e. four) bridges most of the time.
Agree on everything except the bridges. I can never have enough bridges to make the second story of my game tables more accessible to play. Otherwise 90% of the action will just happen on the ground.
It looks intresting. Not bad. I don´t like that the gun is under the jetbike. I think I will buy it, because YJ is my main force but I will replace the gun in the front (and I want the B4 E/M and not the B4 MR). IMO the Nomad bike is still the best in aesthetics. I do not get the concept at all. I buy this and use it as the profile MSR and the robot is decorations and justified the S4 (which is clearly not, but we are used to it with guardian models) and the extra vita and the artwork? The other day I use it as K1 and the MSR is the decoration? I still not see, why this is S4 and why two loadouts are on one base. Togehter with the Switchers group I see them as the most useless new units for Tunguska. I zoomed in and I also see no ladders - except the pillars, they could be used as ladders. Maybe the big building has some. If not the sets clearly lacks some functionablity. I would not interpret the missing of OR missions, because this set as none. Yes they are expensive. Maybe CB hopes to get some extra cash with this. But as with the Reinforcements it still not look like the think this through. Anyway I did not play them so far and I will make my experience with them. I like the look of the Go Pod. For me it looks like classic jetbike.
