If I remember my history lessons well, those wings were making a scary sound as they charged. Combined with the sound of the horses and earth literally shaking, you had an efficient psychological weapon. There are reports, where hussars could not finish their charge, because there was nothing left to charge - enemy just fled before the battle started.
The "Dead Flesh" part Feels like "Vampire Counts" - strong spellcasters that resurrect flimsy Zombies. "Living Flesh" part is more about buffing units making them very hard to kill. The "Redcaps" part is about regenerating and expending goblins, using them as weapons. There are almost three different armies there. Ye, I know, which is still a lot instead of being just outrageous because it is 70€ before the discount (75 for the wargs). For comparison, a 4 mini affiliation box for MCP, one of the more expensive games out there because of the IP, is 65 before discounts, and your list is 10 miniatures.
