Since Tanuki goes with Karakuri, ruishi or Mechazoid, i was expenting for them having an Engineer option...
It was already like this: 3 wounds with the symbiont armour, another one without it. And it still cannot be repaired.
Kriza got what it deserved - or back to the roots and its an impressive 9 Silverprimediscountpoints less Teishin is cheap, can also do some CC but his BS ist not much impressive. Solid stuff for the price. Now I want to see Tigers! Tanuki - so many options, they can do all for a good price, to bad they can only haris...
The Neurocinetics profiles will be hard to shift. Jeez, I hope these point savings translate for other Factions. The MSV 2 HMG profile is the same price as the N4 Govad HMG.
The Tanuki looks like the "Get er done"! team. A little bit of everything. BS13 is a good shot. Good heavy weapons. Warhorse is great on them and not expensive. The SO with Gizmo, Multi-rifle and D-Charges looks fantastic. CoC BSG is not bad either.
Tanuki give me the vibes of Wildcats, but cheaper. Actually the cost difference is astonishing when comparing them side to side
Or the Govad HMG. That is a beautiful model. EDIT: Jeepers, the N4 Farzan CoC is 10 points more expensive than the Tanuki CoC. My mind is excited for the hopeful savings.
So, uh, anyone seen an AD trooper with even so much as a Combi Rifle for N5 yet? I don't think I've ever seen anyone complaining about Parachutists carrying too much firepower, but hoo boy have CB declared war on the 8"-16" rangeband for them so far.
They give me another videogame vibes. STARS and Raccoon City... So I would expect Leon-like sculpts, Jill, Ada, etc... xD
Why is Lei Gong no longer MI? That is a bit of a nerf, considering how effective at clearing the midfield of hackers and MSV user's he used to be... Typo maybe?
Very likely typo. Either he's really an MI, or should have the Hackable token too- unless CB just finally gave up on keeping that consistent.
Wow, wow, wow. That Seraph seems quite strong. The jet propulsion + super jump (8) means that there is not much that can hide from it. Interesting to see these skills on a TAG though.
I really like how the Seraph and Lei Gong now actually moves on the tabletop the way their miniatures imply.
And more generally, that drop troops are now displayed how they operate on the field. Always found a bit weird to see most of them only at the moment they were landing and then carrying some useless 100 kilograms backback.
