I need a propaganda poster : "For her the size does matter. Join the Drummers!". I have the bootleg Tech-Bee, I wonder if she can sit on this.
I love how they essentially split Hexas to three, much better in my opinion, but Drummers, that is a huge win.
It looks like we have spoilers for the end of Mark Barber's next Infinity Book! I am also happy with all the new PanO units!
Depending on Lt options and AVA, you can have a full black ops list with Blinks, Black A.I.R., Fireflies, Scarecrows, and Locusts.
I'm sorry, is this some kind of no BS skills faction joke we're too good a shooters to understand? XD
I've had the assumption that everyone knew that CB always intended PanO and YJ to be the baaaad evil corpos who are only stopped by the author-pet heroic Nomards and Ariadnans, while the Haqq is the neutral party in the space drama.
I don't think there are any "good" factions in Infinity, they are all up to shady-verging-on-warcrimey stuff. And of course, the fluff is written by decidedly partisan observers, so there is room for everyones favorite headcanon. I like that they are all bad, but unlike some other grimdark settings most of them try to pretend to be good, and mostly succeeding from their own perspectives.
I would like to see Haqq actually do something, someday. Pretty much every online campaign has had their storyline being almost entirely player-driven, because their only CB-provided agenda in the presented regions was wholly defensive. Maybe the fact that just about everyone now has a desert Sectorial will lead to the next campaign taking us to Bourak?
Haqq made McMurrough and placed him right where the Digester blew up, in time to save Concilium. It's not big and flashy, but there must have been a lot of covert actions going on to make that happen.
And then watch your mission going sideways because your Locust from the Hexaedron and your Black A.I.R from the BCA don't have the same agenda. You mean, the heroic Nomads that will throw you in the vaccum if you don't do what they want or will sell you if someone is readdy to pay enough? The heroic Nomads that have a specialised school for children of the mafia elite and enough money to fund laboratory without any work ethic? Or the heroic Nomads that are so unhinged they will let you do everything you want and then use that to take advantage of you? Or maybe the heroic Ariadnans who created a work camp for dog-people? Or mass drug their dog-people population? Or just plainly want to eradicate the native civilisation of Dawn?
Yep those heroic, under-dog, fighting-the-system, boo-hoo we are so oppressed by the hyper powers Nomad and Araidna factions :D .
See...Haqqislam has always been the good guys. Just ignore the murder cults, pirates, rampant corruption, and lawless criminal biker gangs
So looking at the Griffin, it is really a wonderful piece that gives PanO some nice verticality with the Jump (8"). Sure it takes a long skill, but that allows to easily hoping to on-top of buildings or across structures. MSV 1 is also enough for most targets in combination with the B14. It should be a fun unit and should provide another option for hunting Morans prone on rooftops.
Sir you are misguided, this is not hassassins "we will strike you in board daylight because you slight us", retaliatory strike, this is Hehaxedrons "you dogs house explosion will be seen from orbit because we just want to pass a message" retaliatory strike. Subtle and reasonable have been long lost. Nomads, Ariadnans and Haqq are far from heroic or hero factions.
