I see some new names in YJ! And I am pretty happy about it. But I can't see Squalo MK 1 in generic PanO. I wonder, where he is... (I hope, in some sectorials. I hope.)
Bostria had said there wouldn't be tohaa and other armies right away. So now we're pretty sure they won't be in the lore book.

I would be shocked if Haqqislam were not in the core Lore book. They have been in the core since at least N3
Well, Haqqislam not being in the lore book is disappointing. And it definitely will affect my desire to purchase it. It makes the bundle coming with the Korsan even more amusing, though. EDIT: At least I know BEFORE making the pre-order.

It seems each faction has a TAG pilot profil (so, maybe a single profil whatever the TAG is). Yin-Shé is the Yu Jing unit artwork (same name but in Chinese).
It looks like Generic factions have about 45-50 troops. Sectorals about 30-35. YJ pretty much went the way I though it would. I’m excited for the new TAG and other troops but disappointed there’s no Beasthunter or other good cheap troops. The only specialists under 20pts are the Zhanshi, Weibing, EVO hacker, Doc, Eng. Then the price jumps significantly. Also more than half of the faction is hackable.
I am happy that Bipandra still exists! Looking at her N4 stat line, she is closest to the new N5 banshee, so hopefully she gets some price modifications. Here is hoping she gets Doctor + X due to all the work she has done on Angus. It would be nice to have an edition where she gets some play. Looking at the Generics lists, I would not be surprised if the Libertos joined the EI in the lore. To be fair, they definitely would have more rights with them.
Don’t forget that points rebalancing and profile changes are also supposed to be coming for many existing units. So what we know now may be somewhat or very different from how existing profiles and point cost translate into N5.
But that's probably going to be for everyone. Not just YJ. Even with with a few points shaved off, they just don't have the troops. The ones I mentioned will probably still be the cheapest specialists and none of them are what I would say are "good" specialists. But this has pretty much been the case with YJ forever. I'm a bit more concerned with so much hackable troops. Sure there's a lot of wounds on the table but it's not helpful if they are a brick on the table.
Yes! Yes, I want it. Healing doctor! Not killing doctor. Also it would be nice to see her sculpt rework. I also hope for some indian motives. Maybe hetkari would be bagh-mari version. I am really thinking about to review my budget. And keep some for this new sectorial. But I need to think, who would cosplay TAGs... Nowaday it is made with materials, that are not for me. So, I need S6 metal "remote pressence" TAG. But that is plan-maximum. I am fine to try build TAG-less list.
