I always like sectorials more than vanilla. And for me more attention to sectorials and giving them unique units is a good thing for sure. I dont need strongest things (but it better works), just interesting and fits well in thematic of that force.

But I wonder, what would go from my White banner. I hope not much, and korean forces would stay x)
I like my hwarangs and jujaks.

Anyway here I am positive.

 

Considering the condensed CA is still larger than the whole current faction even with ITS temporary profiles included, you're probably losing only a few Characters and Mercs shared with other factions if that.

 

I'm not afraid for White Banner. The only odd one is the Shang Ji. There's been a picture of art, of a new troop that looks very WB too. Also, unless it's a mistake, the WB pack alpha shows WB gaining Hac Tao. Vanilla is going to loose a lot more.

 

That's likely, and I assume all the vanilias are going to be affected in a similar way.

Then again, trimming off the unused profiles and reducing the bloat... that's what many people have asked for.
I figure we can't eat the cake and still have it...

 

I do not understand why would WB loose something, the whole discussion is about Generic lists getting trimmed, WB is a sectorial.

Though that Hac Tao in the box may indeed indicate some movements.

 

Nokizaru seems to be another big increase of capability. From the video, it is a ninja with climbing plus and he is modeled with a marksmans rifle. We have to see if they get a BS boost over other ninja. A mimetism-6 shooter with climbing plus in the midfield could do some work.

 

So a Kunai for JSA? That's exactly its skill set. Mim-6, Hidden deploy, Climb+, FD +4", SMR. Another comparable troop is the Nightshade?

But the vid also suggests MSV or some other vision mod. Maybe Dodge +3. This boy is going to be Expensive! Upper 30s at least. (if using N4 points).

Seems as if the units shown (and the single profile leaked) have better shooting capabilities than N4 JSA.
That would be a nice way to differentiate boths Sectorials: one of them has a strong CC focus while the other one is more flexible and has good shooters.

Meanwhile Yu Jing still waiting to get even with other faction after the profiles and sectorial they lost with Uprising. I wouldn't expect too much.

It looks great! I also like the idea of the hermit as an HVT in regular games.

 

He's no parkouring Wulver but it's nice that they're doing more unusual poses again.

 

I like this model, great unique pose and seemingly quite fitting - an appropriate tactical rock. Definitely a thumbs up to CB from me.
