It's not impossible that it's another mistake due to a lack of rigour in the control process and someone being too rushed to make the box. It wouldn't be the first box with a wrong name, faction, logo, etc. In any case, the information communicated to the French distributor is identical to what we saw: the hac tao is still inside.

Achilles is not being OOP-ed so probably only lore implications about him. The centerpiece of a faction changing factions will leave many people way too salty to happen. It has happened only once, with Ko Dali. But he might also be available to some other factions. Even many nomads will be also salty for getting another expat, instead of important characters in the lore that never got a profile, like Xenia Igorevna, Sarmiento, Steranko, Jarek Darekovic... Heck most did not even get miniature or significant art.
Pretty sure this is just Aleph just being like: "We had no idea loosing Patroclus to the Combined Army would cause Achilles to go into an unquenchable murderous rage with an undying hatred of all things EI. It isn't like something we could have looked up in a book."

Not a Scarecrow fan.... A kind of poncho would have been cooler if you want to give it an explorer look.
I think the Scarecrow is just okay…it could have been amazing. The strips of leather armor on the chest are just a bit out of theme for me and I do not see a purpose for this…sort of like the non-sensical half armored chest of the blade ops. Simply why…what function?
