Good choice. You can always get a single model from a seller on ebay if you wanted. But I'm guessing Reinforcements is not a big thing in your playing area?
No one has played it in a long time. I am getting the Aleph REF box though. They will be proxies for the Chaksa and the Artalis is a good proxy for the Jackboot.
I’ve now been playing Starmada for almost a year. I’ve found a few great fireteams. My anti-Ariadna team: Having pulsars and nanopulsars were very helpful but also just having high damage weapons were great too for bear ARM. They worked very well the last time I went up agains Kosmo. But this is a great team for many occations. I lucked out again! My friend that works at the game store contacted me that they got in a used Defiance set. The Main set, Revenant supplement, Outcast supplement, Megalodron, Scenery pack, and figure box. All for 145$! So I went into the store to take a look because I've seen them for auction before but without the minis. But this has all the minis! So even though I probably shouldn't have lol, I bought it. But I got 10% off because of a punch card thing they have at the store and I had about 40$ in credit. So it ended being a little over 100$. So for my O-12 I now have the Gamma HMG, two more Deltas, 2 Lynx, 2 kappas that looked to be ones that already existed, Saladin, Cho, and of course the rest. Man I'm never going to have all painted figures!
Especially the spitfire Delta! The only problem I have is that they are all vanilla O-12 and I've been playing mainly Starmada.
I'd use the same colors but might use more of one color. Right now my Starmada is white, green, purple. For Vanilla I could do purple, white, green. Same colors but more emphasis on one color (purple). If I had TB I would do green, white, purple.
