Yeah, they'll let us know when they have a sailing date, but updates that just say "Yup, still not in a ship" just for the sake of having updates are pretty worthless IMO.
I beg to differ. Stuff like „production is x% done“, „shipping is planned for xxx“, „our plan for distribution is xxx in EU, yyy in US…“ would go a long way to keep us backers informed and feeling taken seriously. But anyway. I expected this and did not get disappointed
I am not sure that is correct, I follow a few KS that do that and the majority of response is quite negative either "why you got delayed again" as if it was in their control or, "why are you spamming us with no news?"
Hmm, it seems all the KSs I follow have the problem the other way around and under-communicate Anyway, there may or may not be an update at some point
I really like Archon Studio, they do monthly updates, but also the CEO does AMA's on youtube. And yeah, when there is a delay, he will rant about how the chinese factory lied about dates or about the shipping in the middle east and stuff, quite informative. :)

I started reading the rules about availability and there is something I don't understand. The black legion bucklermen are AVA 3. Does that mean we can get 3 bucklermen or 3 units of bucklermen ? If it is 3 bucklermen => why do we always see a unit of 4 men in the videos ? Is the leader a different troop with a separate AVA ? If it is 3 units of bucklermen => how many people do we get per unit ?
I had the same question, the answer is "a unit is composed by the number of models in the box, no more, no less". So a unit of Bucklemen is 4 model and you can have a total of 3 separate units
The latest video with new Mounthaven miniatures, probably minis from the starter box. Fantasy TAGs confirmed. Not sure I like it or hate it.
This would mean 20 points for 4 models, which would explains how a 250 points could reach 20-25 models
I'm actually getting less enthused. I really like the figures quality, but I'm not liking 20+ figures on a 3x3' table.
Those 15-20 figures might only be 5-6 units though, and coherency is pretty tight with unit members having to remain within 30mm of the Leader. Terrain is also more sparse than Infinity, and ranged weapons are both rarer, and generally shorter ranged. The demo I played had 3 units and 4 characters (3 of which could attach) on a smaller than 3x3 table and there felt like plenty of room to manoeuvre.
I know understand how those dwarves got rich. They bring their portable ticket office wherever they go
Given the rules... When a unit is Demoralized and you have a chance to Rally it... Does that count as your Activation for that turn? I think that it is treated as an "event", not an activation
