True. But at least it is fixable. Easier than removing swords from hands of units or their scabbards.

It's for chopping wood to shore up a foxhole or trench, he's actually the most sensibly equipped Varangian Guard because he's realised he can just shoot people with his gun and may as well carry a tool rather than a bulky dane axe or trench hammer.

It's also still far more practical than the Naginata from 2022's Convention mini. No idea how that one is ever supposed to use their rifle!

The Azrail looks a bit clumpsy to me. Maybe the closed pose with the gun locked in the shield. Given that it is female it was a missed opportuinity to show some armoured body here. Even more when you compare the artwork. And its RF only.

The Zeros are okay. I still have the feeling that some resculpts look rushed for me. When I remember the pose of the old one with the e-mauler (now em-mines) and compare it with this one, I think we lost some style here. The new ones are not bad, thats for sure. Non hacker looks very similar to the Spektr BSG.

Old spektre hacker makes a fine Zero proxy ;.)

The Monkeyking will also not trigger me must have nerve. Again not bad, somewhat better than the old one, but I feel they could do more.
Also I wished he would show CCW and not plain normal pistol.

Varangian guard also not get me. We already had a russian style female, hope for something different. The mini itself is quite good. Nice detail is the smoke grenade in his hand.

Anathematic seems a bit uninspired. Basicaly an upscaled Kissbot with tentacels. Even the gun-thing is the same but bigger. But I do not play CA ;-)

What kind of weapon is the Anathematic supposed to carry? An adhesive launcher? Beuuuh...
Where are the spitfire or the plasma rifle?

Aye, somehow I thought it was the BSG. Corrected that in my post.

Overtaking the best sold starter box, like the graphic novel.

Goblintrader in Madrid has been steadily reducing stock, not they will take at most 4 of each month's releases plus preorders, so I doubt it's just a problem of distribution.

I found their basic troops! XD

The Az'Rail's feet are a BIG turnoff for me... At least KISS got promoted to Anathematic, he just needed some dreadlocks! :p

'cause it's hard enough to notice she's a lady with just the wasp waist... (seriously, Bostria emphasized in the video it's a female Az'Rail, like in armor so thick it should matter...)
Because they have to keep something that lets them look like Zeroes and not just alguaciles with different head and backpack!

Plus some Avatar "eyes" in the legs and so, but yeah...

It does look rushed to me as well, or at least with so many recycled 3D assets, I see more variety on a monthly Patreon, which is a damn shame. I used to have to stop myself (unsuccessful mostly) from buyin the new releases all the time, but lately, more and more it looks like watching new skins on the same bunch of game roles :/

Her feet are above the "high heels" segment of the suits feet, from the design its a minimal space weight distribution weight dispersion module, useful to not take up huge space on the "fake feet" and still not sink on the ground from the weight above, some TAGs have similar "feet".

Essentially like a manned TAG pilot they walk on stilts.

Only all S5 Haqquislam units use the same feet style, which is not about walking on stilts. Granted, they may prefer to have more stability. Specially since this girl is leaning forward so hard, it seems the armor can't compensate a weapon system that seems to be lighter than the other model's weapons (feuerbach, HMG, missile launcher...).

If the idea is "a girl has to wear heels or walk on tiptoes", frankly, I'm dissapointed. Otherwise, I'm simply baffled at a bad design decision and a change to stablished styles. And having side supports so the stilts won't sink is kinda making a solution for a problem you just created, just remove the stilts, let the feet be used as normal feet, and save on extra complications.

With guitars. Now I want them, and their frigging guitars!

It is an updated dossier, so I would not mind if any updated figures male or female come with this new style of feet.

I won't buy any human troop (remotes possibly aside) with that kind of feet. Not to criticize your preference, just giving honest feedback.

For aliens, I may be OK, it would depend on the overall style.

That is fair, I personally really like the minimal footprint artificial feet with expandable ends to maximize ground pressure spreading, but I can see why someone would prefer a more traditional feet design.

I don't like this type of feet in haqq tropps. It hasn't consistence with the other troops. Instead I prefer they do something like de sekban, wich stay more in the old desings and more consistent.

The hafza is a good mini, and consistent with the other factions models. My issue with her is she looks like an hassa troop.

    Cheers

Well, new feet design looks really strange.
Especially if you would get back to the post with pictures. (I just did that)
First pictures of azra'il, and the anaphematic...
    Nearly the same feet.

The feet are almost the same as on the Bokhtar no?

Yes, the whole Azra'il design is like a Bokhtar on steroid : bigger "colar" armor, more armored arms, same feet design but on platform instead of heals...

    - Mom, can I have an AzRa'il?

    - No, we have AzRa'il at home.

    AzRa'il at home:

    :(

    The same for Anathemathics.
It's getting more and more bland and boring and uninspired...

Really? I think the new one looks really good. It still fits in well with the old ones.
