    Hi,

In AGL 6 rules the Hidden State is removed after the Ctitical Block step of an Roll targetting the enemy (instead at the End of the Action).

Does this mean, that the Target of the Attack can cause damage to the Attacker with his Defence Roll?

The way I see it, is that during the Check Requirements -step of the Attack, Defender did not have Line of Sight to the Attacker, and thus cannot cause any damage to the Attacker with his Defense Roll, even though the Attacker is not Hidden during the Resolution Step.

    Is this correct?

If it is, why was the timing changed? What difference does it make, if the Hidden state is renoved after Critical Block -step or after End of Action?

Any insight would be much appreciated.

    Hi /

Even if they change the timing, you only take Damage if during declaration of the Attack there was a Line of sight. Check Aristeia Reference Guide, sequence of an Attack last bullet point. So you are right, no damage.

    So basically, no change eventually.

I do not understand the impacts of the change by the way lol

I changed the timing in my reference guide to after the tactics steps since normal actions don't have a critical block step.

About line of sight and damage it is like @Ealthril said.

The importance of the timing is crucial, because both critical block step as well as tactics step are before the switches step. Imagine a face-to-face-roll against Bachmann, for example. He would be able to steal your Hidden state, if you remove it at the end of the action.
