Waqf al-Badawi is ready to provide said civillians refuge in our facilities at Bhai University Campus. We cannot, however, provide them with transport out of Okolnir. I am aware that safety and well-being of the civillians are responsibility of the armed forces and governments in control of a given territory, Okolnir being currently contested between Araidna and PanOceania. To the attention of High Commissioner @Lady Numiria and the Honorable Director @Errhile Please be advised that, if the humanitarian corridor is succesfully established, we shall inform our NAA contracted forces stationed in New Bergen to transport evacuated non-JSA civilians to the humanitarian corridor bridgehead in Okolnir, free of charge. This is a better solution than just letting civilians roam free once outside the QAZs (we are contracted to retrieve JSA citizens only). This operation will establish a solid point of contact between all involved organizations, while at the same time bolstering O-12 prestige and good name.
