This seems to be a mistake View attachment 31999 First thing i saw thats new: actually nothing that seems too impactful to me. A nice choice for everyone with too much Command Tokens and no Coordinated order options to use it. actually quite nice. maybe that brings more AD´s back to the table, for they seem to be criminally underrepresented novadays, at least in my environment.
Sad to see Unmasking go. IMHO one of the better missions in the previous ITS pack. Would have preferred L&S or BTV to have been cut. Not sure how I feel about the damaging terrain templates. Also, I'm guessing that none of the tachimotos FO REM buffs from the past season are being carried over? I guess that's fair. Prob sad for factions that can't link FO REMs, but it was very very good where it was good.
Also, the new Operations Deck is bound to be premiered on September 29th (and, knowing how things are, in stores a month later). Meaning - we can't legaly participate in ITS Season 15 until then. Given the Operations Deck is a mandatory equipment of a player, under the ITS rules. And hardly replaceable by anything else, I'm afraid. Reall, CB, that's not a well-thought out move...
I just wanted to point the version of the rule differs from English and Spanish. There is no roll involved for Border Skirmishes. At this moment it seems the English PDF has been updated to match the Spanish.
The Operations Deck is only required for Resilience Ops, the carry over Classified Deck still works for the “standard” missions.
As a Nomad player I´ld say: that´s better for everyone. The level of abuse Nomads can pull out of Tachimoto was... adventurous defenetly... you dont want to walk through a 50-50 chance killing your light units... defenetly not sure how this will work out, since there is no option to remove this fields thats basicly a no-go zone for a lot of units.
Just noticed that Cryogenics has been axed as well, and Quadrant Control. Don't really care for the later, but I was a big fan of the former.
So the Chain Of Command Maximus is already useless after 1 month. Without the FO Rem's order it is impossibile to play it with 3 orders.
Avatar laughs in 15 orders... Lovely in the spanish version, stating that you can deploy the Combat Jump trooper at any position, touching the inner limits, of the exclusion zone... "Si la Tropa utiliza Salto de Combate, no se requiere una Tirada de FIS, pero debe desplegarse en contacto de Silueta con el límite interior de la Zona de Exclusión." EDIT: I just got confirmation from HellLois, the English PDF should read the same as the Spanish one in the Combat Jump, you can deploy in ANY POINT touching the edge of the exclusion zone in the inside of it (reagardless of said edge being or not the table edge too) And there is a completely new tournament mode using only those cards XDDD Also a limit to Reinforcements order pools, since the tachimotos are for many the cheapest option to add as a troop and they tend to be wildcards
Corvus Belli's award-winning QA department at it again. Why have someone take an extra 30 minutes to read over your document after the latest edit when you could just push publish and go to lunch, am I right?
to be fair, control reading is a nasty job and you don´t always find every typo or wrong word, and if you control read manually you are WAY MORE than 30 mins. But in times of autocorrect and red jagged lines underlining supsicious groups of letters....
5 orders by my counting, 2 of his own, a second trooper in the group, one from a Command Token with O-12 prestige, and the Commlink trooper.
Absolutely true, but one would think when using Find-and-Replace you would A: Pay attention to the areas in specific that were changed B: When changing acronyms, make sure you use the appropriate settings And of course as you mentioned, the red squiggly lines which make errors obvious. A single press of F7 to run spell checker before clicking publish was all that was needed to prevent this.
I do agree to an extent, those Nomad Reinforcement groups with their FO Bot could have a frankly silly number of orders, and in a Haqqislam context it only made the already good Rafiq even more of a must have. Also the Oko-Roadbot duo is a thing. A very good thing. However I do wish there could be some kind of compromise. In part because it was very nice for factions like PanO, but also because it was just kinda fun frankly. Maybe a 19ish point tac-aware profile for the bots should be a thing, or only certain faction's bots get to keep the buffs.
BORDER SKIRMISHES changed to: Once per game, each player can deploy a Trooper possessing a Special Skill with the Airborne Deployment (AD) Label inside any Exclusion Zone. If the Trooper is using Combat Jump, no PH Roll is required, but they must deploy in Silhouette contact with the edge of the Exclusion Zone. I think I need a clarification to this. Does that Border Skirmishes allows Combat Jump troopers to deploy automatically on the yellow edge of the exclusion zone? Or should they only deploy on the blue edge? I checked English document (and Spanish via translator), but I think there is nothing stops that.
I'd lay money that's an intentional play on words, since SWC in Spanish is "CAP". edited: Well, *that* one, but seeing the others, yeah...
