Literally nobody said that. But they are one of the best (if not the most) resilient faction in the game, by far. If you're at going to note one of Tohaa's weakess, at least don't confuse it with their literally biggest strength, lmao.
Tohaa's powerlevel is objectively great though. The fallacy of "Tohaa is only good when you're not familiar with it." Is completely absurd. Before you even take into account that things that people could be unfamiliar with, Tohaa's baseline is in already above average. (Tons of wounds, tons of impactful templates, linkability across the board, multi-wounds impersonator, strong specialists, strong attack pieces, linkable eclipse warbands, etc, etc) They get stronger because of unfamiliarity, but they're strong even without that.
Can we get a Kaeltar in the reinforcement? I'd actually be willing to pay more for a reinforcement version than a non-reinforcement version (see how interesting that would be). Mid-game assignable Mate / Bomb would be real cool.
Maybe there could be surprises when loading all army updates, some lowered cost or similar. Possible? When the army will be updated with the new reinforcement profiles?
Koni did say there'll be some balance changes "here and there", though, given how slapdash the tohaa stuff has been this far, don't get get your hopes up. I'd expect in-production armies to actually get those balance changes

Also QK. It looks like Spiral Corps is officially "retired" in the way that other factions with the MRRF treatment have been.
At least they are clear about it. By the way, there is also a "Reinforcements" toggle in the app settings. Looks like currently it does nothing.
LOL Looks like, after all, we did indeed got a Vulkan Shotgun Ectros for Reinforcements. And as a gift, we also get a new Red Fury (+1 damage) profile.
Aaand Draals are still costed as if they had FD+8 and are not linkable (not that they were supposed to be linkable) but - I'd honestly be ok with our reinf if we got properly costed and linkable Draals. That's my only wish tbh, sort of a farewell gift
Are you sure? The reinforcement Draa profiles are like 3 points cheaper, and the one with Marksman Rifle costs 0.5 CAP less. Not the best weapon when unlinked (just Burst 3), but the reduced CAP cost is welcome.
yup, look at Casanova - identical situation, he just casually gained NCO. Draal's with NCO with at the very least be interesting, if linkable, then even more
Draal did as well, that's the problem - they both lost fd +8" and minelayer, but one gained NCO, apprently for free
