Ah thanks. Funny how both of them don't look anything like parrots. But I like them anyway.

The first one is designed to be carried as a backpack on the Echo-Bravo I wonder if the Sharko have the same system, the second looks like a penguin, its so adorable.

Apparently complaints about the Morans not getting an updated Koala design is what prompted CB to create the new Koala. This also caused one of the monkey paw's fingers to curl.

Well officially they said "you asked for them here they are!", not sure why people would complain getting them.

In June it will be two TAGs for me. Both look good. Not awesome, but good. The O Yoroi looks bulky in comparsion to his older model, but if you look close they keep all the design elements good work.

The Stigma has a unique design, but the sword ... O Yoroi knows how to use a blade, but this one will propably go away.

The Morats are not my style. I liked the old ones more ... much more. The cool double shotgun is also gone profile wise - a little shame.

The O-12 box looks nice - good upgrade. Only the ugly parrot is a small downer.

The bulky Patchers are cool in their own way. Not my style again.

The Sputnik Repack is a dissapointment. First: New Koalas here and not with the Morans - guess which troop will be used more. I hoped for resdesign. Yes the look still good, but the weapons are tiny in comparsion to the new ones and I would like to see the REMs in plastic. I even would by a set in addition to my old ones, if they were new.

Fortunatly I own all the JSA Upgrade minis already. Could it be, that a army pack customer (so like 98% of the potential customers of this pack) has two Obiwans that look excactly the same?

I am more annoyed, that CB put the old stuff into the new Moran box (I bet the design was already final, if not the production, because the new Koalas were shown with the Hualang in the Studio Uptdate). I think this is very bad timing and I feel fooled. Old stuff with new Koalas, new Stuff with old ones - redicilous!

I have little hope. I my mind I already see a Peacemaker repacked with a Bulleteer and a Auxbot from prehistoric times of Infinity.

Everyone was, as is was released. On the good side: It looks like it fits on the backpack of the Echo Bravo.

New one. But both are far from a parrot.

I am looking forward to finally seeing the Yara sculpt! It feels like it has been a thin year for Haqqislam with 2023 having so many repacks. Here is hoping the backend of the year brings more new models!

Not just probably.... I would have loved to have a more dynamic pose, maybe with the air-touching hacking pose of one arm and the gun in the other. I LOVE the stigmas design, but this pose is so statuesque....
And hell, i do not like this sword blades that looks like ripped out of the hands of a chaos spaze marine... or a Demon Prince in that case.

Satuesque poses are conscious choice for Bakunin, it seems. But they clash with the Saturday Morning cartoon sword.

Totally agree. The Stigmaton falls into the same category as the Roadbot, where I simply can’t understand how the sculptors saw the amazing, dynamic artwork and thought „let’s not do it like that, but boring and static instead“. I mean, aren't those artworks the perfect blueprint for how the final mini should look? Why not just stick to it?

Thats something i dont understand since a couple of releases, but maybe it´s just me recognizing the modells interesting to me. But especially nomad releases to me look consequently static and undynamic, like Morans, wildcat/evader, half of the lobo/diablos box,... and on the other hand i see the haqq booster pack alpha with 3 old minis and all of them look amazing.
Well, maybe it´s just convermation bias, cause Tomcats are fine (but i don´t care for them), and most of the Bakunin release looks fine aswell.
It just bugs me, that the Stigma is so.... boring

I don't mind boring if it means I can get it in a Carry case and it doesn't perpetually get stuck on terrain or fall over due to odd posing. Dynamic stuff is lovely to paint but can be a PITA to store/transport/use
