A few of the ship installation cards seemed less than useful for their cost, especially if you have an engineer or doctor onboard, so I decided to make them a little more appealing. I haven't used them yet so, as usual, they are a work in progress.
Not bad. But I'd dial down price for Container and Recycler. I feel like 6 and 4 is a bit much for bonuses that they provide
Nice! As a side note - I've always felt that recycler should be able to, you know, *recycle* random trash from crates. Sure, that will need some careful considerations regarding price and balancing issues - but what do you think about idea in general?
But what would it recycle it into other than 'gain a repair kit'? Choosing stuff out of the deck would be way too good, and drawing a card from the deck would probably be way too disappointing.
How about this: If Component Recycler is installed, unwanted cards from the loot deck can be discarded to reduce the cost of purchasing Ship Installation cards (1 intel pack per card). Reshuffle any discarded cards back into the loot deck.
