I appreciate that this is a bit of an old thread, but for those interested in this character, a follow up story is now contracted and underway as one of another four Infinity novels in the works. Beckmann is only in 'By Fire and Sword' in a couple of brief cameos, however.
Real world timeline is for submission in Q2 of 2023; in terms of lore timeline, it's post 3rd Offensive but pre Raveneye, and is set 6 weeks after the end of Downfall. The rough premise is MO vs Morats on Paradiso, through the eyes of a team of Hospitallers led by Gabriele De Fersen, who are tasked with destroying a Combined Army installation on Nortstralia, when things start to go a bit awry...
