Long time no posting, but here are my latest conversions. The first one is my version of a daylami with panzerfaust, sooo simple yet effective:

And my version of sunduqbut, in a more metal-gear-rex style:

Beautiful conversions and paint work on your Daylami. Nice to see an older model with a new lease on life. They look great!

Great idea with Maggie Pilot, I really like this :)
About Sunduq - it looks cool and nice, but definitely would have a problem to fit into his box :D ;)

I got the new shinobu for my birthbay but already own the defiance one, so i did a thing and built myself a Yu yingu beasthunter, cut off her face and replaced it with an onimask, sculpted yome hair and most prominently replaced the nodachi with a gigantic Dao. I am not a hundred percent satisfied with the paintjob on the Dao but i just wanted to finish her off. i may have to touch the sword up to bring her to my armywide standard. But for now i call her finished.

i did some additional conversions lately first off i gave my new karakuri different heads for more geishabot vibes.

then i coverted myself a digger from a Mobile Brigada and a Zhanshi head i had lying around an some printed Chainrifles.
And as i got into Bakunin lately i whipped up some conversions for those guys too. As some of the sculpts are not the newest i decided that the best way to bring them up to date would be to switch their weapons for prints of the weapons in the recent design. I am of the opinion that this worked wonders for some of the more sated sculpts.

Prowler with spitfire i gave the other Prowler a recent combi with Flamer but got no good pic from him for now.

Hey, that's the exact same conversion I did for my Custodier! :D

Your prowler spitfire weaponswap was an Inspiration to try the weaponswaps on the prowlers and subsequently on the custodier. Of the conversions the custodier was by far the easiest.

Your Jaguar is stunning. Beautiful paint work. The lines are so crisp and the colours are excellent. Love the tattoo on his arm as well. Your other conversions are lovely too. The riot grrl in particular stands out. She’s very demonic looking…

Ok, here's a prelim image. I still haven't added the plates to the hips or backside of the Marut, but it has the 4 large arms I'd aimed for. Much painting is still to come, but I like the result, all things considered.

That is a great idea in turning the Zondmate into a Siirusbot.

What heads did you use for the Karakuri? Any links to them?

I like the result as well. Very nicely done on combining the arms. Looking forward to seeing the finished result.

The Heads are part of Loot studios neonstreets bundle. There was a robotgeisha in there. I separated the head in the STL file and printed them separately. I should stil have the file for just the heads. If you are interested I should be able to share it with you via mail or Dropbox even, if I can remember my account :D

I don't have a 3d printer unfortunately. Someone else would have to print them out for me.

I already converted one Aida Swanson model into a Moran Massai huntress. I do not like the new models so I decided to convert a different Aida Swanson model into another Moran Massai huntress. Since Aida has a very distinctive head and I do not want to have a Doppelgänger in my collection - I figured to keep it like the heart queen of Alice In Wonderland.

    514B697C-DB55-4F75-A475-193E29430C22.jpeg

So I went with the head of another female Moran Massai and swapped heads with a Laxmee miniature.

The little Crazy Koala protecting the Moran is a little homage to a Interventor/Fast Panda artwork
