Unless I misshear the presentation, it was mentioned that a standard game was played with 15-20 models on each side. There are a lot of models! One of the things that attracts me to Corvus Belli is the low model count required. Have I understood it incorrectly or is this a new direction for their fantasy franchise? This being said, the future KS looks very promising.
I don’t think 15-20 models per side really constitutes a new direction for the company, considering that this is the scale a lot of people play Infinity at.
However Infinity and Warcrow seem to be totally different games. We don't know the dynamics yet of how it will play out. 15-20 still fits within my idea of skirmish.
15-20 models isn't really that different from N4, with Peripherals and Jumper several factions can have more than 15 miniatures even with the 15 trooper limit. We don't really know much about Warcrow yet but I could see bodyguards, squires, apparentices, minions, familiars, pets, and small teams forming shield walls or other formations increasing the miniatures count compared to N4 without really increasing the number of "units"
