Grandiose! Good portion of humor, I like the in game feeling (they even have a core link sniper), the end is a bit odd, but hey

I was surprised when the writer of the upcoming novel "Downfall" contacted me and proposed me to work with him for these illustrations...that will be in the book!!!!! I'm so happy that I've worked on this project and I can't wait to read the whole story when it will be released.

'till next time guys, glory to the Fluff!!!

Very nice pictures as usual; the Beret Soldier Woman (a Fusilier I daresay) in the first one has an interesting Tattoo. . .

Is an "Asburgic Eagle", the Black Raptor of Skanderberg (Patriot Founder of Modern Albany) or another Heraldic Sign. . . . .???

The Albanian heraldic eagle is double-headed. This looks like a simplified version of the WW1 (Prussian) Reichsadler, also used by WW2 Nazi heraldry. Pretty concerning, why was it used.

There are a whole lot of countries with an eagle in their heraldry. Germany has one still even if it got a lot fatter than in older times. If I am not mistaken Russia (two headed) , Austria, Albania (two headed) and Poland have an eagle too. In medival times it was a very, common used symbol an there is a Sci fi knight which goes back to the crusaders. Not every symbol has to be linked to fascist not a eagle or a triskele. Maybe the artist just thought an eagle tattoo looks cool? Maybe it is the insignia of the regiment the soilder belongs too? There are always a lot of possibilities and it might be wise to take a step back and think of these before linking anything to racists and other utter garbage.

Got to say, this is the most I've ever seen Fusiliers doing in any Infinity artwork. Nice to see the grunts showing off some nice weaponry and action. Looks like the soldier at the back has some issues to sort out with his squad's ML trooper though.

The Author of the Illustration is Italian; I will be VERY WARY to call an Italian a Fascist in modern times. . .

For an INNUMERABLE and diversely widespread of causes. . .

As the creator of the character, I'll step in and explain! The character with the tattoo is descended from Prussian aristocracy and, due to a number of personal factors, feels a connection with this heritage. Exactly as Fed4 said above, it has precisely nothing to do with fascist imagery. The Eagle icon in Germany can trace its ancestry back to the Holy Roman Empire and is still used today in the modern German military.

Perhaps of some interest, this character is not actually a fusilier. She is in a role whereby it would pay dividends to be assumed to be a fusilier if viewed by an enemy scouting their location from afar. The other picture here has the fusilier characters!

Nobody is calling anyone a fascist, can you guys calm down a bit?
The question was asked what an eagle that is and why such a non-PanO symbol was used.

@wafu_vasco already answered, seems I was spot on with the Prussian heritage of the symbol.

I simply and plainly pointed out that not every eagle or other symbols in heraldy has to have a connection with something bad or evil. I was am very calm and never said you called someone fascist. ;] it is great that @wafu_vasco explained the background and the reason for the tattoo being there.
As a German I am very well aware of the history of my country, we had like 4 years in school with just the historical machinations that led to both worldwars and the crimes that were committed in that timespan spread over a lot of different subjects. So I am very conscious of the whole matter...

@belias13 I am happy for you that your art will be used. But then, your art is cool so well deserved!
