Are you confirming this isn't an error in the graphic? Because we know CB always have issues with their graphics in videos - this one shows Kurgats as "Morat" and "not Morat" between different images and only shows Renegades being allowed Duo, despite Carlos saying they can Haris and their "Renegade" link ability being meaningless without Haris. EDIT - I know you're not necessarily privy to this information, but you may have access to more than us plebs.
I see what you mean, given the discussion is centered more around the second image and not the first image, as presented you could have a Haris Hungries fireteam, it will not have composition bonuses though.

Doctor is my bet. The back of the logo is orange which differentiates from the robot/cyber war additions (Taryot and Dartok).

I was going to say that doesn't really fit with the name 'Emergency Brigade' and then I remembered the drop troops are the 'Diplomatic Division' so...... Knowing the way Morat stuff is named it'll probably the Emergency Brigade because its an emergency for their opponents when they turn up.
I was originally thinking it sounds like a combat medic, but the Morat TAG raid prospectors is supposed to be an emergency recovery unit and Corregidor are getting Diablos from D block which are clearly the prospectors so I think this is probably a good guess.
