Q: can you use Sensor & Forward Observer to put models in Targeted State without having LoS to them? I well remember one was able to do an equivalent maneuver in N1-N3, but the wording on Sensor in N4 doesn't seem clear to me.
Sensor REMs used to have a skill called Sensor Lock Sat-Lock. I think there used to be two LI/MI with both Sensor and Forward Observer, but only the Nomad had Sat-Lock as well.
Uh... I take it as "no, can't do this in N4 with a Sensor & Forward Observer, bring a Hacker instead and use Spotlight".
Sat-Lock, it was a skill only found on Sensor REMs (including the Meteor and Pi-Well) It no longer exists in N4
