I shouldn't have used the pipe cutter as long as I did. Next time I'm only going to use it to create a "guide" line and then use the hack saw again. I need to find a finer tooth blade too. I've been using a 3d printed version of this for years and it works great for checking Silos and such. Much much better than the flat things on a base.
I could use some help. I'm trying to decide on which of these to get, to be my ISS Mortorized Bounty Hunters. To me, they are Bike cops. I sadly sold my old Aragoto when the JSA split. I think I like the Dynamo the most but it's hard to decide! I like the bikes of the Mavericks more but the bodies of the Dynamo. The Dynamo also look like have the closest weapons. One is SMG. The other a rifle but it looks like I could take it off.
I like the Maverick's helmet for bike police, but I like the Dynamo's armor more. I think either would be a good choice, though the lady Dynamo does give you a the machete which would be pretty easy to swap for a billy club.
All of them look good to me. I guess you should go with the bike design you like the best. Best since you mentioned that the Dynamo are your most favorite in looks and their loadouts are close to what you want. So go with the Russian bikers then.
Ok yeah! I didn't think about that manchette. It would make a great swap if I can find something to replace it. Even just a simple rod I can paint to have some effects. I like the Mav bikes but I like the Dynamo figures more. I just realized the front shield is a great place for a Yu JIng Icon too! Ok I think that's decided it for me.
I'm about 90% painted of what I have. There's still a bit I don't have. I never got the Kaldstrom set and I don't have the Tian Gou since I stopped using them.
What do you mean by stopped using them? Did you never find a White Banner half of Kaldstorm at a good price?
I would proxy before. I now don't even do that. Tian Gou are even worse now since they make a team mixed. No. I could get it but really, I only like a quarter of the figures. I already have too many Zhanshi, I never take the Shang Ji hacker, the jujak can be proxied with Kwon, I don't take the Ye Mao spitfire (he's never done well for me), Jing Qo is not nearly as good as I would like. So the only ones I really want are the Gulang BSG and Daofei sptifire (though I can proxy with old HMG). It's just not worth it to me.
So far I have not liked the Hundun. He's actually pretty weak. Surprised to say the Kunai is better in WB. Due to mim-6. In vanilla he's outclassed by Major Lunah or Knauf.
It's been a long time! My living situation makes it difficult to paint and take pictures right now. But here's what I got for my IS army. I wanted something different from my Yu Jing but still kind of tied in. So Purple and blue to go with my Jade green Yu Jing. Also, the debut of my green stuff world China roller. I love this thing!
