Yes, you can change your name, I did it before Christmas! You have to email the data team. The address is: email removed

The proteccion datos email is published by CB itself. As well as another handful of addresses.

 

I never said it was a secret email, but having emails in the forum is bad etiquette, plus it makes crawler (sp?) programs easier to acquire them iirc.

 

The email is in the webpages CB created, similar to the mispack one: you just have to know where to click. So basically pseudo-secretism just makes it harder for real people. Spammers have them by all kind of means sooner or later, one being just trying common addresses (order, pedidos, shop, tienda, help, info...). It would be bad etiquette if personal addresses, but business and already public, not at all.
