Gotta say, I do love that old yuan yuan. But yes, it is getting on a bit now. Think the lasiq is in the running too for this accolade.
During Defiance I bought the JSA reinforcement pack, but never did get the JSA starter thing. Hopefully this new one will be a bit cheaper and I may pick it up... Or I should probably just sell the JSA Reinforcement Pack, since I have no luck actually playing a game and already have too many armies in various paint stages!
I recently bought one thinking it wouldn’t get a rerelease for ages… oh well. Too many armies in various stages is something we can all identify with, as for luck in games, one day the dice gods shall smile on you. They tend to like irony and impossible statistics.
I was late to picking up Yuan Yuan's, I really wanted the orginal ltd edition one and the female but have neither. I was late to the party but did manage to pick up the fat yuan's which I'm happy for as well as the PanO Yuan man. I hope they make the new ones fun and flavourful as I might pick some up for conversions for whatever :) We need that February thread! Any guesses on the new Monk's weapon choice ...tri-staff, spear, hook sword... what's next?
Wow, that’s going back a while then. Any idea how old the first knight of the holy sepulchre is? Still got him. There’s a few of the older minis that have stood the test of time.
Hmm… I’m going to say tactical rock for certain and perhaps hook swords as a stand in for the Monk character. If not swords then perhaps an ornate single piece staff.
He was late N2, just before the full transition to CAD sculpts, release 361 according to product number.
Are these going to be the original Icestorm PanO & Yu Jing models? Do we have any pictures of what these boxes contain? I'll be looking forward to this release. Any pics of what the models will look like?
They'll be the miniatures from the recently discontinued Operation Kaldstrøm and Beyond repackaged into single faction boxes, same as the O-12 and CombArmy/Shasvastii Action packs Not yet, we tend to get lists like this a month or so ahead of pictures. If Carlos Belli do an Xmas/New Year kitchen video we'll likely see renders, art, and/or painted minis for February and maybe March, otherwise we'll see photos in late December/Early January when they go up for preorder.
Great design for those remotes, love them. The Noctifer looks pretty cool too, now I must resist the urge to pick it up... it would mean to start collectin another army :p Regarding the JSA "Action Pack"... it'll just be a repack, won't it?
The Army box and Kurage station terrain pack are out of stock on their Webstore, same thing happened to the Spiral Box last year and Customer Service told me it was due to delays and difficulties getting in more Daedalus Gate scenery packs. All the other action packs are just miniatures, so my guess is that the JSA Action Pack will be the same, without the terrain, tokens, dice, and outdated N3 intro booklet of the Army Box.
Ah I see. @Space Ranger Guess you will be able to get an action pack for the Yu Jing Kladstorm side soon. If you can hold on for two more months.
I don't have much choice lol. Though now it will be longer for me since the little money I allowed myself is now Christmas presents for others.
Please stop showing models primed in light grey. I thought that Gecko was soicast and almost had a heart attack.
I hope you have enough extra funds for when the action pack releases. Waiting is hard at times but worth it in the end. Perhaps you can pre-order a box when that option becomes available?
