Not all TAGs have courage, mainly the Nomad ones that lack it IIRC The repurposed bulldozer has BTS 3 and no ECM, better hope your opponent's left their hackers and viral/breaker behind!

The repurposed bulldozer also has three real wounds and AP weapon and a possibility to get something else. And all it costs less than a fancy trash bin. And if you are afraid of unbesiegbare ultimative Hacking-Vergeltungswaffen then you won't field TAG anyway. The profile is not one of a good TAG ofc, but it's still better than the pretty but toothless lizard-thing.
I'm pretty sure they're gonna make the its 13 panoply chart the official booty chart for tags. The armor upgrades are changed for tags in that chart.
Nomad hacker, which suggests a bad guy facyion hacker at 250K, PanO at 270k, and Morat at 290k. Low key going for a return of the Morat poké-ball for free hacker.
The reality is some factions are going to find these crap versus what they're already offered inhouse, that's the nature of designing a single Merc option for everyone the value is going to vary between factions. They can't make it desirable for everyone to take because otherwise the thing is going to turn out psychotic and that would probably be bad for the game. Personally I thought they were going to release individual profiles for each faction though and I find the catch all merc release fairly uninspired and a bit disappointing, though to be fair that totally could've happened even if they did release faction specific profiles given that Gao and Uma are still fucking trashcans.
It's gonna be real weird that MAF can't use any of their new Morat models and that the Su Jian lite uses wounds, gets healed by paramedics, and is apparently made out of Ariadnan tech.
The assumption was probably that if they gave everyone the same profile they wouldn't have to do as much work playtesting them in N4 - it can't unbalance the game if everyone gets the same thing
