Depends on if the ABH biker will be Impetuous or not. Result 15 isn't a bike, so they might be able to dismount and claim cover without having speed affected if they get the Super Segway.
I'm thinking the result of 15 means the ABH rider now has move of 8-4. It can get to a building and then run up the stairs. Not bad in a mission or terrain that needs it.
If they keep not coming out with figures for other profiles, has they have done for years now, I'd be happy to pay the little extra.
So, with the new MBH being a standalone trooper, you think there is any chance the lady will finally get a dismounted regular release at some point? I've always tried to find this lady, but she's rarer than a happy Yu Jing player.
I hope so. She's still a great figure. Wasn't she a limited figure though? Only sold in a pack or a tournament figure?
She was an ITS prize (2014 IIRC), and was also given as a freebie at the 2017 Gen Con seminar. The biker is the general release with alternate arms/leg and a bike.
So it's unlikely they will re-issue it if it's a limited edition. They might come out with a new one however. In about 10 years. If there's a figure that should come with multiple weapon arms, it's the ABH.
Believe it or not... the motorcycle model is the same body and leg than the sniper. The only difference is the lack of the tactical bricks and the arms, which are mirrored in the limited release and with a sniper rifle instead of the combi (with the arms being one without hand, and the other with weapon and two hands). So, conversion in possible. And mounting the bike in a S4 base, then the girl in a S2 base allows for Mounted/Unmounted shenanigans XD
I just realized the same thing today looking at my recently purchased MBH. Never recognized it from the box art. Now I'll just magnetize her and voilá! If I had known before it was so simple XD
Thanks I totally missed that. I thought maybe the end of September so maybe I did see it lol. I guess we will also get the new Jujak character as well.
While the figures look good for TAG Raid. They still don't look like TAGs to me. They are not Tactical Armored Gear.
Yeah. They're just AG's and outside of the Ariadna one that could still be pushing it. But 'G' raid doesn't have the same punch and Gear Raid sounds misleading. Sure noticed that Ariadnan power armor looks like a scaled down blackjack. Bearpode looks alright. But why does it have a shotgun. The Polaris Team Bearpode doesnt have access to the shotgun. Hopefully it has both options I really like the second Varangian. But this still really pushes why the hell didnt they make it a box. Fucking TAIGA CREATURES are getting a box, and with the order changes they don't really appear in such great numbers anymore. What a slap in the face. Jujaks and Saladin also look excellent. I liked most of the prospector minis but no way will I buy TAG raid just for them.
Interesting idea, but doesn't she look too... Arctic for an Odalisque? She even has the snow visor and a fur-lined hood... I took another route of converting her and had her sit on a wall piece. Anyway, yes, converting her into S2 isn't a big problem. (I wish the same could be done with the Nazarovas and Penthesilea... But not only have they poses that are tought to rework into standing positions, they also have these wide grooves in the middle where the bike seats are supposed to go. Ugh. They give me headaches...) On another note: guys, I've seen it mentioned that a render of the regular-release Parvati is available. But I can't find it... Does anyone have a link? I'd like to take a closer look at her...
The new nomads support pack and spitfire knight of Santiago were easy preorders for me and damn the nomad prospector must be on venom he is huge :P
I'm conflicted about the Nomad SP. I really like the Clockmaker, but I'm not sure about the catgirl Daktari. I wonder if removing the tail will be a problem... Also, if I buy her, what about my lovable elfin Daktari runner? She's old edition, but she's cute as heck. I guess she could still be used as a HVT or a Warcor...
*checks* Okay, you are right, but... that makes no sense. Clockmakers are BTS 3 - so, it would make much more sense for the guy to be one, as he's wearing some sort of filtration system. The catgirl doesn't have anything that would suggest this kind of protection... Meanwhile, Daktaris are BTS 0. So, what does the mask on the guy represent..? Strange artistic choice, IMHO.
