While waiting to here good news for Aleph I started to think what is left, so I made the list and hopefully it is right. Models that have not been updated to the new standards yet for OS. No this is not going to include Steel Phalanx, I cry for the loss of my sectorial on the shelves but I hope to see something cool and new next year. Update confirmed but no word on when: Dasyus (studio update 7 they are mention but no word so far) Models that need re sculpts. Marut (I hope this is a stretch goal for TAG Raid) Asura spitfire Garuda combi rifle (probably will not happen) Devabot Sophotect (I expect this will happen when Aleph gets a code one force hopefully next year) Net rods (same as sophotect) Probots Post human 1-3, I do not know about 4 and 5 but I would not be surprised if they all need updating. Sforza (I am getting one with Defiance) Authorized bounty hunter (probably will not happen) New model that did not exist before: Deva multi rifle Naga BSG boarding shotgun Deva boarding shotgun Aspara boarding shotgun Arguna shock marksman rifle (probably will not happen) Rudra red fury Rudra k1 marksmen rifle Deva Spec Ops Dakini grenade launcher (I need to convert one of these) Shukra with multi rifle Trisha N33 (I expect this will happen when Aleph gets a code one force hopefully next year) I think that is all but I am probably wrong. Some of them like the Danavas and Post Human 4 + 5 I do not know if they are up to the new standards.
Davanas and Posthumans 4&5 are modern, CAD sculpts from N3, every bit as good as the modern ones. Devabots technically have modern sculpts with the Raptor box.
I'm hoping that the Raptor Devabots means that we'll be getting that box replaced soon, with some new Deva sculpts. There's an easy conversion for the Rudra by swapping in the HMG from the Rebots, as it has the same mount shape. Because of this, I suspect that we won't be getting a second Rudra sculpt.
I was hoping that our new Devbots would be more like the Kiranbot. I do not foresee a new Rudra sculpt, which is ok they are expensive enough points wise I am not sure I would run 2. Aleph and O 12 have some things that share names but are slightly different in looks such as the Yudbots. So our Devbots may not be like the Raptor Devbots.
I am fine with the most of the Aleph range. It aged well. I see dire need in new Probots, I own an old one, but I still think it is one of the most ugly or akward looking model in Infinity. I think the Rudra is a good base for Probots, looks baggage already. Shukra Multi and Garuda Combi are badly missing loadouts, I realy hope they bring this out - after that, they can repack the Garudas und Shukras in Box and double blister. Marut is not a nice thing to build and that keeps me from buying one, here I hope for a resculpt with the new material. Dasyus are OOP, couldn´t find them in the CB Shop (wich messes with Aleph, once marked for OSS is switched back to generic when I click page 2). The old models are still nice - except the sniper. Here we need a new one, but hopfully not the sniper first, please, I already have to Naga snipers, that I only use once in a year or so. New Asura is more beefy. I like the slim look of the old ones. So no hurry here. Same goes for the Proxys. The new Naga is nice, so it wouldn´t hurt to see a BSG one (I converted the mono-mine model with a spare BSG, the new BSG looks like a HMG and the HMG form the Yadu for example looks tiny, I hope they stop this). For Devas I would like to see a new box: BSG, Multi, Combi and Devabot (but I would like to see the Multi Rifle gone and replaced by a MMR ;-) The support pack is still okay. I wonder what they will do with Aleph in the code one box. I assume the next two player box in 22 is Aleph vs Haq. It is possible, they bring SP. If its OSS they have to put Dakinis in, either as an repack (the haven´t done that before) or as a very, very soon resculpt, which makes less sence then the Alguas. So my bet is on SP with three Thorakites as a base. Maybe a new troop type, a Myrmidon Spitfire and a Character. Beefed up by the Beyond Box, REMs as repacks and a new support pack, Marut in plastic and propably Achilles V1 in new.
While you don't need to have 100% of the profiles, I'd say to proxy the combi Garuda with the Spitfire one, or the BSG one. The Shukra needs a blister option, however. Let's hope CB hasn't read you and decided for a Garuda + Shukra "demirepack" box... the 2 existing Garudas, the Combi one, and a MULTI shukra for 50 bucks...
Post-human MK1 and MK2 already exists. Its just misslabeled as O-12 Booster pack alpha... They gave the hacker version a mine for some reason that you have to remove.
