Yeah, we're definitely not getting Wave 2 in June for sure if it hasn't even left China yet. And it will be good if we get it by the end of July at this point :|
not thrilled with cho mini construction is literally split in half. if the minis were as rough as wave 1 she is going to look horrible at best or wont fit together
Just Valk IIRC, she was used in the Gen Con 2019 first demo of Defiance, and was also the event exclusive miniature.
Releasing a few more would certainly be interesting and a relatively low cost way of increasing the appeal of limited minis
Project Update #95: Infinity Defiance by Corvus Belli https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/corvusbelli/infinity-defiance/posts/3201427 I'd say end of July is too optimistic.
Oh, they show another Valkyrie Card. What about a limited one? Is it trash now? Jaan Staar - I hope they have a good explanation in the book how multiple rerolls should work, like enemy reroll blanks + Kiiutan Imposter (Just kidding, by now I'm sure it's not even mentioned).
I'm referring to a card I posted earlier which comes in a box literally labeled CONVENTION EXCLUSIVE MINIATURE Spoiler
EXCLUSIVE MINIATURE. Not exclusive card. Many things changed from that time in the game. New card is needed
I don't get what you are trying to say. The card IS exclusive, there's no regular release. And there won't be. And it is useless since there's no rules for 'elite bodyguard'. The one in revenant is completely different.
Where you get the Elite Bodyguard rules? Revenant (Or maybe Outcast). That is where you get the Valk card and you can use your exclusive convention miniature. The card is useless, too many things changed since the beta
Whilst there's no specific ordering to rerolls in Aristeia, in the event of simultaneous declaration the underdog chooses. Extrapolating from this, we can assume the heroes get to choose the order of rerolls in Defiance. (I agree it's unhelpful for players who've never played A!, just giving my 2c's on how it should probably be ruled)
I'd rule it with AI getting his roll + rerolls first, so you can see the total end result. Then you can modify that enemy roll
That'd usually be the optimal choice I imagine, yes. But letting the heroes choose means if there are any edge cases where rerolling 1st is advantageous then they can do so.
The exclusive version of valk can always be used as neutral/friendly character in custom missions. The revenant version is specifically used as a support character for Cho or if similar power is given in a mission.
Project Update #96: Infinity Defiance by Corvus Belli https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/corvusbelli/infinity-defiance/posts/3215101 Spoiler Soo... I guess August is too soon? Should probably expect September... Well, at least they mentioned new FAQ sometime in a few weeks,
