I assume you mean "Marksmanship L1"? Counting backwards and assuming that there's not something iffy going on with the Breaker profiles, it seems Marksmanship costs -1 or the D-charges are free (which isn't uncommon). Breaker Combis are +2 points over Combi (see: Zhanying), Marksmans Rifle are +3 points over Combi Rifles (see: Briscard Sniper vs MMRifle, and then Ghulam Rifle+LShotty vs Ghulam Sniper). Something's really messed up with the BSG profile, however, that one is way cheaper than it should be. To me it seems the Drop Bears are free on it.
MULTI Marksman Rifle makes me rather excited. Love that as a weapon, hope we see it in other factions. Tunguska would love that, feels like a Nomad-y weapon.
First Rice Hat that i really dislike. Look at this big banana Clip on the contender, ridicolous for the burst
Remember when we got Raiden and people wanted a rice hat on him, like on the Mortal Kombat character? Now we're getting rice hats on everyone but the Raiden.
Is it just me, or do these videos become more and more uninformative? In my memory, videos from 2014 or 2015 were a lot more interesting.
Those were passionate people talking about the work they love, nowadays it seems like dripfeed whose speed is carefully regulated by marketing staff to manufacture hype.
Honestly I don't agree at all. Both at his seminars in person and in the videos, Bostria's passion and love for the game is clear, and I think that everyone else in the company's leadership (and in all the other staff too) is the same. Infinity is getting better year by year and long may it continue!
I must say I'm not a fan of the redesign's direction. Too heavy-handed historical references instead of simply paying homage to them while keeping the designs modern and functional. Compare MO knights, where the only references (aside from swords, obviously) are cross-shaped visors and surcoats over otherwise modern power armor. Here we're getting full size sode and haidate armor pieces, and straw hats everywhere. And Daiyokai is going overboard a bit with horns and sashimono.
See I dig it because I feel like someone up at the top would look at regaining nationalist identity as a core element of their revolution. A propaganda mechanism to foster more support. Their government has been part of this space commie thing for so long it actually makes a lot of sense to me that they would just adopt the same mold because it is what people would know. And guys like the Kemps would just replace the Baos because that is what they know. In the same vein, I think naturally they would want to go back to the romance of being Samurai era, because it would be viewed as a time where Japan was the strongest. Kind of like US has a coke factory and cowboy hats. So they kind of go all in to make sure they are separate from YJ even if the truth of those eras was far different than what it they believe now. But also I think it looks cool, so I am probably just finding reasons to support my argument that are a bit of a stretch.
Who said PanO? :D @Yvain: oh, I absolutely understand the design and believe it fits in game, exactly for the reasons you've mentioned. Daiyokai is explicitly described as a morale tool, as much as a strictly military design, for example. It's just that it doesn't work for me, personally. Most JSA players will probably find it nice, though :)
