You know, I'm very happy with this release. I've already got some Ariadna models I didn't plan on using, but now I have a place to, and I like the idea of mixed heavy infantry teams. Really hope Riots and Brigada can link together. The one thing that bothers me is Irmandinhos and Hardcases being AVA 1. With models like that I always prefer taking 2 instead of just one, but I guess the Hardcase is useful to hide the Cateran
Irmandinhos are very different from Jaguars, as Irmandinhos are specialists and extremely impetuous while jaguars are just good smoke tossers. I'm not saying it's a bad roster. I love it. I just don't think I'll be fielding irmandinhos on it so much (Hardcases I might, as I said, to hide the Cateran)

Already working on converting an Emily (not keen on the outrage model, but i have tons of spare mercs to work with), she's gonna be boss. Only one with no official model is Raoul Spector. I guess we'll just have to figure that out later, or hope CB come out with some sort of NA2 characters release with Raoul and Arslan and whoever else.
Surely to hide a Bandit / Hunzakut LGL? One of these is an alpha/counter strike piece, 2 of these are a distraction.
Don't you mean an Al Hawwa? There's no Hunzakut on the army list they showed on that video. Anyways, here's why I mention the Cateran specifically: The army has 3 options of camouflaged infiltratiors, but only 1 camo token that will start the game inside your deploy zone. Anyone familiar with StarCo will know that's a Cateran right away and will stay the hell away from it or hit it with some nasty model ASAP to get rid of a T2 Sniper. I like to use the Cateran as a turn 1 troubleshooter to remove some nasty piece from the table (I've had it one shot a Su Jian once by shooting it from out of Spitfire range with surprise shot) So I would rather 'feed' my oponent a hardcase by deploying it as I would a cateran than worry about my bandit or al hawwa.

A moon Knight influence could be really interesting. Give him a couple profiles and roll every game to see which one comes out?

Senor Massacre, Brigadas and Avicenna is very interesting. Awesome specialist, CC capability, and both are cheaper than MBs. They aren't what you call low cost additions to the team, but they cost less, and add cool functionality, like E/M Grenade Spec Fire and obviously just that awesome WIP 15 Doctor+ as well as the five man link firepower.
Both of them, together? They're both kinda specific to a single NA2 army, so probably not... but i can see them being GenCon models. Raoul especially - he has two pretty different profiles - one as GenCon exclusive, one as general release.

Yeah, Raoul has profiles? And I'd expect them one at a time. Two years with a profile and no model is NOTHING by CB standards.
Two different profiles would fit with the Moon Knight connection. New rule like booty to see which one shows up maybe?
