It's very hard to say only one (I didn't play yet). I love Miyamoto, Hexx3r, Parvatti, Gata and 8-Ball.
Aesthetically Hexx3r is my favourite, closely followed by Hannibal :D In game, i will need to play some more matches to decide
I really appreciate Hexx3r. Controlling the movement of my opponent's figures proved to be very powerful in many situation. She's fragile, and you have to take care of her, but she can help you win a game.
I absolutely love Major Lunah, she's so dreamy! Plus she can take out just about anyone with a single good roll... Her and Hexx3r are a killer team!

Then, I strongly recommend to you trying this team (when possible): hEXx3r, Gata, Valkyrie and Major Lunah. It's my Girls Team, though a control one. You must always play it a step before your rival, or you're dead.
Revolver Ocelo... I mean Wild Bill. I'm easy to please, firepower used right will win out over board control or speed. Hexxer is a close second, Gata and maximus tied for third, but I suspect Valkyrie might be pushing one or both of them down...
