Tag Raid, there next game, focus on tag but past that we do not know so I thought I make a post to knock around some ideas. Things we do not know but can be hopeful of: The Tags in Tag Raid can be used in infinity (I think that is a fair bet). That hopefully through stretch goals all factions will be there (similar to the reinforcement packs) So I hope we will get a new TAG because the Marut in lore does not officially exist. I personally would want a manned version of a Jotums for Steel Phalanx. Or a Steel Phalanx fast scout TAG, but that may overlap with Achilles. I also have a love for Uhlans so if we get something like that I would not mind. I feel a Jotum esk one is most likely.
i just hope they keep the same scale so that tags are cross platform like most their minis. i have lots of tags in my collection XD if the CA megladon was the biggest mini so far and they're making something larger, my god!
Hm. While I do like me some mech fight, I'd rather have them focus more on their flagship product and, for instance, do something about the poor Merovingians. Hard to sell me on the new hot thing when I know what can happen to some new hot things some years down the line. That being said, and since I like funky weird stuff, I look forward for the following: budget Tikbalang sized bot, a posthuman Proxy Mk. 6 TAG, a piloted greek TAG with escape system, and a hacker TAG.
I'd love a new Marut, if just because the current one is our oldest model, going off the CB store sorting.
But will new miniatures ever be made? I am not clear if SP is a project that will disappear, it would be a shame.. However, there is nothing new on the horizon
To my knowledge SP will get redone but I do not know when. They are trying to fight SKU bloat and probably inventory/molding cost. I do agree the lack of anything new for Aleph yesterday was sad. This combine with the lost of SP is concerning and could be rage inducing because most of the time when a faction looses models they tend to gain models and we have not. I can not even blame those that would say "Aleph is loosing so Pan O could gain." I think some of the hold up is because of the Pandemic. CB has implied/stated that they think 3 is the right number of sectorial but Aleph seems to have 1 on the shelf and that is it. I think we will see another Aleph sectorial before SP gets redone. I would recommend staying positive, now I need to go paint my SP.... Just a coincidence.
