Opponent has a Mentor and is going first. I opt to use a command token to remove two of their orders on turn 1. They use counter intelligence to reduce that to 1 order removed. Now to what I want to check: Does my opponent need to specify which camo marker on the table is using the counter intelligence skill?
I would say that since Counterintelligence is private information, it's use should also be private information - with the important caveat that your opponent needs to know that the effect of their Strategic Command Token use has been reduced, of course.
Well the question being essentially, does choosing to use the optional skill counter intelligence count as a specific game event that forces you to disclose it? "Your Private Information remains secret until a specific game event forces you to disclose it." And also is the source of skill's use also part of that thing you need to disclose?
